Our three-story cabin provides 3328 sqft of living space and upscale amenities! Here's what you'll find:

Main Floor

• 1st + 2nd Bedroom: 1 king bed, 42" HD TV, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower in each room
• 1st Living Area: sofas and smart TV
• Kitchen: fully equipped. Extras - dining table, coffee bar, tea, hot chocolate, bakeware, crockpot, waffle maker, blender, pantry items, BBQ utensils and wine glasses
• 1st Outdoor Area: furnished wrap-around deck with porch swing, country rockers and picnic table. You’ll also find a private garden with a fire pit, hot tub and play area

Second Floor

• 3rd + 4th Bedroom:1 king bed, 42" HD TV, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo in each room
• 2nd Living Area: reclining sofas, 2 smart TVs, sofa bed, pool table and fireplace
• 2nd Outdoor Area: furnished wrap-around deck with outdoor charcoal grill and dining area

• 5th Bedroom: queen bunk beds and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo

• Weather & Power Outage Disclaimer: Extreme weather and unforeseen power outages may impact travel and utilities. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to these events, as they are beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruptions.
• The closet in the main bedroom is stocked with sheets, blankets as well as pillows for the futon.
• You are welcome to park your cars and trailer on our driveway. Additional parking spots are available on the street
• Please place all trash in the bins provided outside, If there is excessive garbage during a stay and requires an extra pick up, there will be a $100 charge for this service.
• There's a charcoal grill available outside near the picnic tables. The gas grill has been replaced for safety reasons.

Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $300 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in until check-out

Our kids and their families were able to go on this trip. My husband and I were unable because of an accident. My family enjoyed the place. They did have issues with the internet and hot tub but they were ok with no internet. They didnt use hot tub because it kept on throwing a breaker. They loved the different floors that made it possible to spread out. The grandkids enjoyed the basement.

Nice place!

The place was easy to find, clean, and has nice views of the mountains. If staying with a little one, pack your own baby gates. There were three in the main floor closet, but only one was big enough to fit the stairwell and it was broken; we ended up having to position chairs and tables around the stairs. Other than that, it was entirely pleasant.

Spring Break Cabin Getaway

Spent 4 nights in this large family cabin with all the extras! Hot tub, pool table, theater, and air hockey as well as a darling children’s area! We were thrilled with well kept cabin with superb amenities and so much room! We loved our trip and the owners were very responsive

Great Experience!

My family and I loved this cabin and had an amazing time! I was impressed with all of the extras that were included with the stay (theater room, air hockey, and baby items) We would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay for your trip. It was convenient drive to lots of attractions

Great family getaway

This place offered everything we needed for all ages. The kids loved the game room. The beds were comfortable. It was very spacious and had a well stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed the outside area with playground and place for a fire. We would definitely come back here again!

Excellent stay and accommodations!!

We had a fantastic stay in this cabin for our family vacation. It was out of the busy traffic but still about 10 minutes from town. The cabin was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back next year!!

Insufficient hot water when all restrooms were in use. However, the overall experience was wonderful. Instead of multiple separate living areas, a large communal space for guests to gather would be preferable.

Women of Joy

Beautiful location. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Great game and theater room. Kitchen nicely overstocked. Cabin beautifully decorated with mountain and Christian theme. Loved the wrap around decks. Great coffee bar. The Bible’s were a special and welcomed surprise. Location of laundry room was not ideal due to going through a bedroom, but not a major concern. Would love to stay there again on our next trip.

Me and our family of 14 stayed Monday through Friday. The place was really nice. It fit us all well. There is so much to do. We were never in the house. I would definitely go back!! If there was a problem they would answer within 5 minutes.

Great Family Fun Getaway

Cabin had lots of space, games, kitchen ware, and nic e view of the mountains. When we first arrived, the air conditioner wasn't working on the main floor. I called that afternoon and the next morning. Someone came and fixed it that day. I was disappointed that the owner did not fix prior to renting, however they did refund us $200. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. The kids and young adults loved the pool table, skeet game, arcade game, and theater room.

50th Wedding Anniversary Family Gathering

The property was in great shape, clean, well organized, plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have fun. The grand children and adults had fun with the various games in the cabin. There was enough room for people to sleep and either gather and talk or go off on their own to be quiet and not be bothered by those who talked. We really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There were more than enough activities in nearby towns so that everyone could do some activity they were interested in. At the end of our time all of us agreed that we need to do this again. The only problem we had was that my wife and I are not tech savy, so we had problems understanding and completing the on-line reservation information, especially the pictures. After a few phone calls, all was straightened out and we were able to complete all the required information and pictures. Did have some minor difficulty communicating with the customer service reps due a language/culture differences.

So pleased with the ability to communicate with the property mgr right away when we needed help with things. Even simple things like how to make the TV work with our gaming or streaming stuff. Their quick and professional interactions were so appreciated.

Great long weekend cabin

This property met all our needs and more! The pool table, air hockey, and hot tub were all enjoyed by our group. We loved the location and relative privacy of the home. Would recommend for a larger group! Great communication from host and even though there was construction nearby, it did not interfere with our comfort during the stay.

Beautiful

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous. The kids had a blast in the basement. There is so much to do down there. My husband and I and my BIL and SIL stayed on the top floor. The view is out of this world. My husband played pool like every night. lol. It’s about 10 minutes from the strip on Pigeon Forge. The only cons I have are that the pool cues were all missing the tips, except for 2 of them. 1 was bent and the other was taped together. There was no chalk. I did email them and they told me they would send someone out to fix them. I told them it wasn’t necessary because we bought a stick and some chalk the night before. The toilet paper was cheap. Again, we purchased some so not really an issue. I have a 2 year old son and there are a lot of stairs. There are baby gates in the pantry, but none of them are wide enough for the staircase. The listing says that there is a grill on the top balcony. There isn’t. The only grill is beside the house by the park, not covered. It’s just a charcoal grill like they have at public parks. I would definitely say that the good outweighs the few bad things. I would totally stay here again. We had 15 of us and had a blast.

Perfect location and great for kids

Close enough to stores and the main attractions but on a quiet road with easy parking and a great playground and fire pit yard area. Very few complaints. We had a great stay.

Unsatisfactory Communication

When we arrived the TVs did not work, the upstairs couch was broken, the foosball table was broken, the air hockey table was broken. Also, the cleanliness was less than desirable. All of the windowsills had dead flies in them and there was a lot of dust and just misc. things that one would not think would be left undone. The coffee pots had used filter/ and a pod in it. After trying a few hours to call, I finally had to email the host and we do not have our emails pushed to our phones while on vacation. The TVS were not fixed until day 2 and the air hockey and foosball and couch were never addressed (except for asking for pictures of the couch after I had clearly asked more than once for someone to call me - Idid not even see the email until our return trip home).

Great for Large Family & All Ages

My extended family with 15 people ages 3 to 77 had a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Having a playground right next to the cabin was wonderful for the younger kids. You feel secluded, but you are close to shops in Sevierville and about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. We had a problem with the original door code, but customer service was able to change it right away. Highly recommended!
