Lake Nacimientoâs Oak Shores Lakeside Community Resort Family Vacation Rental
Lake Nacimiento lakeside resort community of Oak Shores, perched atop Pine Ridge Road with magnificent lake views, great for unwinding after a day of lake fun! House is 3bd/2.5bath 1,250 sqft home. Enter to an open concept kitchen living area that extends to deck via fold-away glass panels for unobstructed indoor/outdoor entertaining!
There is a gravel side yard just large enough for your boat trailer parking, we also have a gated secure slip available in the private marina at additional $40/nite, DM for availability! [[Long Stay Incentive: our private slip is included FREE with booking 8+ nites]] NOTE: all watercraft must pass mussel inspection (check specific Lake Nacimiento rules as each lake regulations do vary!!), pay daily lake use fees, call (805) 472-2230 prior to booking to avoid any surprises!
All new appliances in fully out-fitted kitchen (coffee: Keurig, 4cup drip, french press, grinder)
Living area offers counter seating at peninsula, overhead fan and an electric fireplace plus large wall mounted TV for entertaining into the night.
Outdoor cooking has Propane BBQ and Traeger Grill (bring your favorite pellets).
We also provide Starlink WiFi connection thru-out.
Upstairs has 2 (front and back) balconies. Master is King bed with private balcony and en-suite bathroom. Middle room has Bunk beds plus a 3rd pull-out trundlebed and large wall hung TV. Sunrise room is Queen bed with private balcony. Hall bath is dbl sink with shower/tub. Hallway laundry has full size washer/dryer. There are 2 "bed-in-bag" folding cushions for sleeping in *living room.
*note: all bedrooms are located on second floor with rather steep staircase, not recommended for those with mobility restrictions.
In pantry are (2) lantern-style and a hand-held flashlight plus board games and cards in case PG&E power outage occurs during your stay (yes, the lake experience may include times without power).
You will have use of (2) gate cards during your stay. Gate card is used for afterhours access of main GATE as well as access to the heated community POOL (seasonal; April-Oct), clubhouse, playground, basketball, mini-golf, swim area with floating dock and (2) private boat ramps (call Marina for launch instructions as ramps are subject to lake high water levels).
Home fits 6 adults or 4 adults plus children comfortably, up to 2 Small dogs <20# allowed.
HOA imposes a strict *2 car limit.
[*Each rental is limited to 2 vehicles ONLY, if extra vehicles arrive can be parked at own risk outside Oak Shores on Lynch Ranch Rd, a 10min drive back up across from entry to the main gate @ the pull-out under the big tree.]
-NOTE: Guest to complete and pay Oak Shores Community Association Rental Registration (I collect the extra fee of $50 after booking and submit form and fee on your behalf).
-NOTE: All Watercraft to pre-pay lake use fees in advance (min. 24 hr prior) to arrival assisted by Oak Shores Marina (YOU must contact and pay directly thru Oak Shores Comm Association).
-NOTE: all watercraft must pass mussels inspection to enter Lake Nacimiento.
