The home features a large driveway, super private fenced-in backyard with a  screened-in patio. Exterior propane BBQ grill, dining table, 4 sun loungers, collapsible umbrella. Guests have access to the entire house offering 6 spacious bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with smart TV, a game room with full of board games. A large dining room with a gorgeous dining table for 12 with a kitchen nook for 4. A Chef's kitchen with all the essentials, and a dedicated fully equipped laundry area.

Your host has provided an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.. In addition to regular towels, the host also supplies beach towels. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies, be prepared for a food and supply trip to the multiple grocery stores nearby.

• Number of guests in your reservation must be an accurate count. Should that number change before arrival, the reservation will need to be updated to reflect the correct number. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS FOURTEEN. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest maximum is exceeded.

• The primary booking party must be a minimum age of 25 years old. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest does not meet the age minimum.

• The entire house and property is designed and set up for guests on vacation that want to feel like they are at home. There are no shared spaces or amenities and is completely private.

• In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30’s and 40’s that can last for several days.
