Plan to soak up the sun while you read an enjoyable book, work on your surfing skills, beachcomb for shells or sharks’ teeth, or take a long leisurely stroll beside emerald, green waters. You are sure to unwind and relax at this oceanfront gem! Just a short walk to the Intracoastal Waterway brings you to the calm waters of the Sound where you can kayak, canoe, jet ski or launch your own boat. When you return from the beach, rinse off the salt and sand in the comfort of the enclosed, outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The Comfort of Home
On the main living level of this beautiful beach home you will find three bedrooms (each with queen beds) and two full baths . The kitchen/den provide an open dining/ living area. The den provides a place to relax and unwind from your day’s adventures. There is a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi for those guests who feel they need to remain connected to the outside world. The modern kitchen provides seating for eight with large, picturesque windows to view the ocean. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, full bath, laundry area and entertainment space. One bedroom has three twin beds, and the other bedroom has a king size bed providing you ample sleeping quarters. This area can be entered from inside the home or you can use the exterior entry.

Dining, Shopping, Entertainment
If you prefer to dine out, Amy-Lew is centrally located within walking distance of most of the restaurants in Surf City. Pizza, fast food, Mexican cuisine, Italian cuisine, deli-style, fresh seafood, bakeries, coffee shops and ice cream parlors are all located within the Town of Surf City. Enjoy an easy stroll to some of the many boutiques and stores where you can find that “perfect” souvenir.

A washer and dryer are located downstairs. Additional smart TVs are available for streaming your favorite channels.
