Welcome to our charming neighborhood. This is one of the nicest neighborhoods on the lake nestled in a serene locale that offers the perfect blend of year-round residents and vacationers. As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to our gated community, complete with round-the-clock surveillance for enhanced security. Please make sure you observe quiet hours and are not at the community center afer hours.

Enjoy our neighborhood amenities including a community boat ramp, pickleball and basketball/pickleball court, new fitness equipment, playground and new gaming tables. Despite our peaceful surroundings, the vibrant town of Milledgeville is just 30 minutes away, where you’ll find major grocery stores and dining options, or opt for the convenience of Instacart delivery from all of the major grocery store chains.

For sports fans, we're 90 minutes from Athens, perfect for catching a UGA game, and 90 minutes from Augusta for Masters ticket holders. We’re also just 30 minutes from Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, 35 minutes from the Georgia Military College in Milledgeville , and 90 minutes from Mercer University in Macon, making our location ideal for visiting families or alumni events.

As our valued guests, you'll have complete privacy and freedom to enjoy the main living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, game room, theatre room, and the inviting backyard. Please note that there is a closet in the primary bedroom and another in the basement that is currently off-limits to guests. These areas are safely secured and inaccessible during your stay, ensuring your comfort and safety throughout your visit.

Please enjoy our neighborhood community area but, make sure you are NOT using the Community Areas after hours....If doing so, that will result in a fine you will be required to pay. There are cameras and the HOA will notify us.

We want you to be able to relax which starts when you’re packing and loading up the SUV for your drive and we know this part can be stressful so we got you covered. We supply all the bathroom amenities (soap, body wash, conditioner, lotion), lake towels, fully loaded kitchen, Coffee Bar, and much more so you don’t have to pack it or buy it.

Personal vehicle

To comply with local laws and insurance requirements, all guests must electronically sign a rental agreement before check-in. This will be sent after booking. Thank you for helping us provide a safe, professionally managed stay.

In an effort to maintain a secure premise and the safety of our guests, there is a Ring doorbell on the front porch.
The camera is ONLY on the exterior of the home, there are NO cameras inside the home. This outward- facing camera is activated by motion and records both video and audio.

The water depth at the end of our dock ranges between 3ft-5ft.

The closest store is Dollar General , located 13 miles away. The closest small grocery store is Sandy's IGA and it is 16 miles in the downtown area of Sparta. However, Instacart delivers to the property from several major grocery stores in Milledgeville! So, you never have to leave the fun! If you want to drive to Milledgeville to shop or enjoy restaurants there, you are 37 miles away (shorter by boat). We are definitely a great escape away from the hustle and bustle. We usually like to get most if not all of our groceries on the way into the property. The neighboring cities from all directions have various stores to do so.
INSTACART does DELIVER to the property. Update!!!! They just added Kroger as a delivery option! You would just need an account with them to do so. There is a small long-distance fee, but it is very reasonable if you don't want to leave the FUN. We have always had flawless delivery experience with them.
