A/C. Open floor plan living room with fireplace and kitchen/dining with a deck. Easy and spacious house to share with other families.

1st floor: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower stall and laundry. One bedroom has a living room area in it.
2nd floor: Kitchen/dining/living. Deck, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower combo. .
3rd floor: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

Fire pit in the huge, 2 acre yard with plenty of parking and fire wood. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and everything you need to entertain. Regular coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher are there.

EASY CHECK IN WITH A CODE.

All beds are QUEEN size except for 1st floor left bedroom which is a full size.
Sleep 14. Easy drive to many beaches. (Narragansett, Scarborough, Rodger Wheeler, East Matunuck, Galilee, Newport) You can purchase a parking pass to all state beaches online for $60. . Many restaurants and activities nearby.
Ten minutes to Jamestown, 20 minutes to Newport, 3 minutes to URI and 10 minutes to Yawgoo waterslides and pool. . Super easy drive to Newport and Jamestown

Great place for our extended family and dog to stay, beautiful location, near the south county bike trail and drivable to Narragansett.

The house was perfect for our family of 11 people.

The house was beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. The back yard had room for the kids to run around and play with lots of privacy, Great fire pit which we enjoyed and roasted marshmallows. We will definitely come back again.

Great home for large group!!

The house was just perfect for our large group!!! The lower level has 3 bedroom which was perfect for kids to bunk up in. The main level was spacious for all to enjoy along with the large, private yard. The owners were prompt and responsive making the trip seamless. Would definitely recommend this property to others, we hope to return next summer!!

Wonderful beach trip with large group

Our group of 4 couples, 3 teenagers & 1 grandmother had a wonderful, comfortable stay. Communication was timely & clear. Very flexible about check-in/out times. Great, private yard is large enough to play frisbee. Plenty of parking. Open plan of the main floor was convenient for a large group. The recliners were very comfortable. A few notes for large groups: 1) the lower level room with the double bed is not separated from the den & you have to go through this area to get to the bath. (Bathrooms on other two floors are off the hallway.) OK for us but might not work for everyone; 2) it’s helpful to bring a folding table. The DR table seats 8 & the table on the deck seats 6. Our folding table & the deck chairs allowed us all to eat together inside in comfort. Not surprising but the hot water heater could only handle showers for 9 of us after a beach trip, not all 12. The kitchen is pretty well stocked but bring your own crackers & lobster pot if you want to have an at-home lobster feast. Lots of kitchen storage. Plenty of towels & pillows available. Closets range from large to huge, 2 big enough for an air mattress for kids. 15-20 min drive to beaches, restaurants & grocery stores. We really enjoyed sushi at Kabuki & ice cream at Brickleys. Note when you first arrive- you can’t see the house from the road. There is a run-down house next to the driveway entrance but the driveway to this rental veers to the right. Fear not- this rental is well kept and very nice!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house had plenty of space for our group of 10, was spotless on arrival, and had a great yard for hanging out. The location made for a perfect Rhode Island getaway, and the host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Check in/out was easy. Kitchen was fully useable and well equipped. Must bring own kitchen essentials such as plastic bags, foil, etc.

Location was excellent, both for local amenities (Dollar General, Antonio's Pizza, The Muse American cuisine, Fayerweather Craft Guild, gas station) and access to Narragansett and Newport. Quiet, comfortable beds, clean. We were 10: 4 couples and 2 singles and had plenty of room. Easy access to house. Very satisfied.

Joanne’s property is amazing and exactly as pictured.The home was extremely clean & spacious and included all of the amenities we needed for a bachelorette weekend. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m in the area.

Family Fun!!!

Joanne’s house met our family needs quite nicely!! The children loved running around the yard, the adult fire lovers found the fire pit to be awesome, and all the s’more lovers were very pleased! Spacious bedrooms, a bathroom on every floor, and the house was nice and cool on the hot summer days. Only trouble encountered was the front door which was tricky to lock sometimes.

Perfect House for Family

We took the extended family to celebrate our son’s University of Rhode Island graduation and the house location is SO close to the campus and beach and shops and restaurants! The outdoor fire pit was a wonderful place to gather with family and friends too!

Wonderful re-union in Narragansett area

It was a really nice break with total 12 friends at this house. Everything was perfect and as advertised, a nice backyard with a firepit and a grill was a nice touch. The location is nice with short drive to Newport and great seafood and plenty of restaurants. Only minor with a bunch of people trying to use the shower gets a bit tricky as hot water runs out quickly.

Amazing House Close to Beaches!

The property provided everything our large family (3 generations) needed. This was a particularly meaningful weekend for our family to be together and the house provided the comfort and accommodations necessary for us to make beautiful memories and be comfortable. Joanne was an amazing host as she was extremely professional, polite and quick to respond. Special shoutout to her for helping to take our family photo on the last day! Highlights include: 1. The house is nicely located in the vicinity to multiple beaches so it really comes down to which one you want to enjoy! 2. The yard was amazing to play yard games in, hit a soccer ball around or just hang out. 3. The fire pit was a perfect way to transition into the evenings! Quick recommendations: Avoid Two Ten Oyster Bar & Grill. The service was fantastic but if you're a foodie, you will be disappointed in the quality of food for the price you pay. Go to Ocean Catch Seafood to pick up some amazing fresh seafood to cook at the house. If youre doing lobster, they will steam them for you so you have one less thing to worry about. Go to Sunset Farm (close to Ocean Catch) to source some farm raised beef (best we have ever experienced). Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

Easy checkin and great location for Narragansett

Checkin was super easy and communication with owner was great. Joanne was very responsive. The only issues we had were that the floors were not clean and had sand, however, when contacting Joanne, she had offered to have it cleaned right away. Most of the furnishings are dated, however, this is a great stay for a large group and it has mostly everything you need. Location is great and close to everything you would want.

Block Island weekend

We are 2 families with grown children- went for the day to Bock Island and didn’t want to drive home after the ferry. This house had enough rooms and bathrooms that everyone had space! We had plenty of space for 12 of us to eat/ play games and be together. It was a rainy weekend- so the only thing we didn’t do was go to the beach- which was so close! Easy communication with Joanne- very private Yard- wish we could have used the fire pit. Great space and place for a big group!
