Spectacular 8 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 kylpy historiallinen koti juuri remontoitu! Keski-ilma, kaikki uudet laastit ja maalit, viimeistelty kauniit lehtipuut, kauniit uudet valkoiset keittiön kaapit, graniittitasot, ruostumattomat laitteet, 2 pinottavaa pesukonetta / kuivausrumpu, kaikki tyylikkäästi sisustetut huonekalut ja makuuhuoneet, joissa kaikki upouudet mukavat vuoteet kesästä 2018 lähtien, suuret seinälle taulutelevisio olohuoneessa. Erinomainen kokoonpano useille perheille lomalle yhdessä ja tarpeeksi suuri hääjuhliin! Lehtipuut koko, uusi keittiö, uudet kylpyhuoneet, suuret makuuhuoneet ja runsas takakansi grillaamiseksi lämpiminä kesäiltoina 3 suurella terassipöydällä ja sateenvarjoilla, joissa on paljon tuolia. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet, samoin kuin kaikki vuodevaatteet ja rantapyyhkeet. Nauti yksityisyydestä takapihalla, joka sijaitsee 1/2 hehtaarin alueella. Tarjoamme runsaasti rantatuoleja, sateenvarjoja, rantaleluja ja jäähdyttimiä. Tämä koti on erinomaisella paikalla. Narragansett Town Beach on vain 2. 5 mailin päässä, ja lähellä myös kauniimpia rantoja, kuten Scarborough State Beach ja Roger Wheeler State Beach. Roger Wheelerin osavaltion ranta johtaa Galileaan, josta voit nousta Block Island -lautalle tai nauttia kaikista kaupoista ja tunnetuista ravintoloista tai mennä kalastamaan kallioiden ulkopuolella ja katsella veneiden kulkua moottorikelkalla. Beautiful home, even better than the pictures. We had 12 people for a family vacation. Plenty of room inside and outside. Home was well stocked for all of our needs including nice beach chairs. Location was great, close to multiple beaches, ferry to Block Island, Galilee, food markets, and liquor stores. Reasonable drive to Newport for Mansion tours, restaurants, tourist shops. Went golfing, did a fishing charter, rail biking, Fresh Lobster bake. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Outstanding place. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Clean, quality throughout, from the furniture to the beds to the kitchen appointments. Cable TV which you don’t always get. Great location, walk to town.

Bachelorette Get Away!

This house was absolutely amazing! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Amazing property

Perfect rental for a family gathering...the open concept and casual beachy feel all done so well! Beds very comfortable plenty of towels and blankets...we can't say enough The backyard has a nice level area for kids to play and plenty of patio furniture. Perfect for a family gathering ...

This property was perfect for us to gather for a wedding locally - lots of bathrooms for people getting ready for the event, lots of seating space for eating and hanging out in the kitchen-dining-living room areas. Breakfasts were a breeze and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Beds comfortable and the whole house was very clean and ready for us with no issues. Easy check-out - a great overall experience.

Perfect Rhode Island Getaway

We had a family vacation with 18 people total (11 adults and 7 children). The house was perfect for such a large gathering with plenty of communal areas for all 18 of us to share meals and play board games and do puzzles. The outdoor area was also perfect for the children to play and to grill and have outdoor activities. The town of Wakefield was very walkable and had great restaurants, biking and walking trails. It was also central to several beaches and close to Newport for your tourist attractions. We highly recommend this property and location for your Rhode Island getaway.

Room for everyone

OK good location, plenty of parking, easy to find in beautiful residential area. Shopping close by as our beaches and other points of interest. The eight bedrooms made it comfortable for our whole family and some friends to stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the two large dining tables made room for everyone to eat and play games at night. There’s plenty of outdoor seating as well and a nice lawn where kids could play. The garage contained outdoor equipment including bikes. Quick response to a problem that was repaired that day.

Great for family reunion

Our family of 13 plus two infants included three generations, and the house held us all very comfortably. Both the house itself and the location were excellent. We had chosen the location because we wanted to be near beaches, so we were very happy with the proximity to Narragansett town beach, with easy access in September. We also enjoyed the proximity to Wakefield and its shops, including great ice cream. We could walk to Starbucks and Belmont Market, which had everything we needed. Several of us make good use of the area’s good bike riding. The house has 8 bedrooms, all appealing, so there was no arguing over who got which bedroom. The whole house is sparkling clean. The three full baths all had showers, so there was no waiting in line for showers. The two dining room tables were great, so that we could all sit comfortably for our big festive dinner. The outdoor deck likewise had good seating for all of us. The two washers and dryers were a real asset. The kitchen was spacious, with new appliances. There was easily enough dinnerware for 20 place settings. We were provided beach chairs and towels, a great convenience. There were even two things for babies: a swing and a sit in toy, that we made good use of. Robin, the property manager was incredibly responsive to any concerns we had. When we remarked that the kitchen knives were not sharp, she brought over some new ones right away. She really wanted us to have what we needed. We would definitely consider renting this house again. We had a great time.

Overpriced house where many things don't work

This house is located in Wakefield, Rhode Island (30 minutes drive to Newport, 90 minutes to Boston and 3 hours to New York). It makes a good impression at first glance. Unfortunately, this impression does not last over time, due to the many hidden weaknesses. It is situated on a very busy road (Woodruff Avenue) with a lot of traffic even in the evenings; there is no fence between the garden and this road, which makes it dangerous if not impossible for children to play in the garden. When it is windy, the house literally falls apart: we found drain-pipes in the garden. Inside, many technical problems await the tenants: fire alarms kept beeping even after batteries had been replaced, the trashbin in the kitchen was broken (and it took the owners several weeks to repair it), the DVD player and TV sound system did not work properly and the dishwasher was unstable. We had to call the house manager many times to help us fix all these technical incidents. We had mice running through the house, which was amusing for the children, less for the parents. Finally, when we claimed our deposit back, we never received it, because the owners found all kinds of reasons to keep it. So we left, disappointed, thinking that we paid far too much for this house.

Had a great experience and would definitely stay at this property again! The host was very responsive and quick to answer questions. The house has a lot of space with great sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Perfect for a going to the beach because the house comes with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

We absolutely loved staying here for my bachelorette weekend! The house itself had plenty of space for 10 people, was clean and conveniently located near the Narragansett beaches, downtown Wakefield and Newport. Robin the property manager was also very communicative the week of our stay which made for an easy check in. Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate with my friends and would definitely consider renting it again for another girls trip.
