There are also 11 ceiling fans throughout the house and outdoor patios, along with blackout shades in the bedrooms and electric blinds in the first-floor living space.

Guests staying a week or longer may request access to washer & dryer in owners personal /private detached part of the rental home.

For added peace of mind, outdoor security cameras monitor the property and exterior access points to the house. There's also gated parking for two cars and two additional spots in the driveway, along with secured fenced grounds and night-time contracted security patrol.
