Amazing getaway for families with children!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful and clean accommodations. Host was extremely helpful with everything.Pool was delightful and safe for children as it was entirely enclosed.Thank you!

A great house

Came for the long weekend for a high school softball tournament. Inside of the house was renovated beautifully. The wallpaper accents were stunning. Appliances were brand new and bedding/linens as well. Back yard was huge. We didn’t have time to really use the pool but we did enjoy the hot tub Bridget. Mountain View’s were amazing and property was in a convenient location to downtown and close to grocery stores and Starbucks, which was appreciated by our high schoolers. Would definitely recommend this property

The Worst Rental Property Experience I've Ever Had

I've never left a negative review before, but I have no choice after my experience with this property. My wife and I, along with our 9-month old daughter, reserved this property for a long weekend getaway. When we arrived, there was no electricity at the house and the smoke detector was going off. The pool and hot tub were also filthy with leaves and plastic debris floating in them. I called the property manager, who said there was a power issue in the area due to a storm the night before. Interestingly, all of the surrounding houses clearly had power and their lights were on. She was extremely rude and short on the phone and acted like I was inconveniencing her, but said she’d get right back to me. An hour went by with no word, so I tried to call her back twice, but she didn’t answer either time. She eventually messaged me through the VRBO app saying they had no estimate for when it would be fixed. At this point it was dark out, so we had to pay out of pocket to stay in a hotel that night as we’d just driven 3 hours with our baby and were hoping the issue would be resolved by the morning. The next day there was still no word from the property manager, so I again reached out to her and was told there was still no power. At this point we made the 3 hour drive back home. Horrible experience made even worse by the lack of communication, abysmal customer service, and overall rudeness of the property manager.

We had a great time with our family! We had everything we needed and the kids had plenty to do with the pool and games available. We would come back any time and stay in the future.

Super fun house, loaded with toys and very comfy beds.

Clean and bright. Comfortable beds and bedding. Great pool layout. Lots more than what is listed. We enjoyed our vacation with our adult children and their spouses.

Great Spring Escape

My family and I needed some sunshine and warmth due to a crazy winter at home. My children rate this rental house and yard a 30 out of 10. The yard has so many seating and hanging out areas. We made an easy day trip to Joshua Tree National Park, played ping pong on the patio, loved the pool and shade umbrellas. The house is close to the airport, lots of restaurants, 15 minutes from Handel’s ice cream. The interior is updated, clean, and stocked with plenty of bathroom and pool towels.

Nice Stay

The house was nice and extremely clean. Really enjoyed the ping pong table and fire pit, and we were all so obsessed with this one particular cushiony outdoor seat by the pool that we may end up buying one ourselves. It's very close to the airport, but we had fun watching the planes come and go. The host was very proactive, responsive, and friendly when we arrived, and when we let her know that the heater for the pool/hot tub was not working. We were confused when communication stopped halfway through the trip as we were trying to follow up on getting a tech out to fix the hot tub, and it ended up not working for the duration of our stay. The communication issue seems like a one-off though; it sounds like she left the office and our emails were being flagged for her instead of sent to other team members. In the end, they offered a discounted rate for the lack of hot tub/pool, which we appreciated.
