Newly remodeled farmhouse nestled in 97 acres. Great location for family reunions, weekend getaways , girls Canton shopping trips , weddings, and so much more. Sleeps 16 in beds, and plenty more space upstairs and in game room. Sit outside on the wrap around porch by the pool / fire pit and catch the beautiful E TX sunset - OR - test your pool ,shuffle boards skills in the man cave game room. Lots of board games, space to entertain and a bar area. We have two fun water options , fishing in the private pond or swim in the pool with slide and diving board. You can grill out, or cook inside the fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar. Large screen TVs , Wi-Fi, and laundry room with washer /dryer, and extra refrigerator. If you’re looking for a wedding/ reception or large function - contact us - we have an on site coordinator to handle all the details.

The property is beautiful, with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. It was nice having three bathrooms with showers, especially with one close to the pool area.

The house is located in a very peaceful setting, the owner is very easy to communicate with, the house is decorated very cute. The checkin process was great, everything is good.

Perfect Getaway

This beautiful farmhouse was such a comfortable and peaceful getaway for our family group of 8 (7 adults and 1 teen) all visiting from out of state . We played shuffleboard and pool in the game room, watched the sunset from the covered back porch, cooked meals using the well-stocked kitchen and the outside grill, photographed wildflowers in the fields in the back, and slept well in very cozy beds. Tiffany and Lori were friendly and quick to communicate with if I had any questions or updates to my reservation. Everything about our visit was lovely, my family members were impressed that I had found such a great location, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Our trip was outstanding! The house was perfect for our family. The accommodations were beautiful and clean. We had plenty of beds, bathrooms, and family space for family games!l.The booking process was easy and our questions were answered in a speedy manner.This house was only 5 minutes from Canton. We will definitely book this one again!

Nice country home with lovely scenery

Family female group visiting Canton Trader Days enjoyed the convenience of proximity of house to Canton. Nice country drive close enough to be convenient. Only issues were a tub/shower handle in a bathroom was broken and made use of the shower unusable. For 12 women this was an issue. Messaged manager and didn’t hear from them until late at night. Never offered to have it fixed for the next day. We were Disappointed with the lack of response and interest. Kitchen frig wouldn’t cool for first 12 hours. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Wedding weekend

The property is lovely. The house is an older ranch style house that has been refreshed. The game room/bunkroom addition is very large and accommodating for large group entertaining. Check in with the property manager was good. It was a very hot weekend and the AC worked very well. The pool was clean and enjoyed by all! The kids loved the treehouse and outdoor games. Over all a very enjoyable visit. The only draw backs for the house: Dining room chairs were broken by previous guests and not replaced. One of the exterior shutters on the house had fallen off months ago (noticed at a previous event)and not rehung. The kitchen has not been upgraded, only painted - so the oven is small and not conducive to cooking large meals . There is no water filtration system, so the ice and water feature on the fridge is turned off and not available. There are multiple televisions on property, but none of them worked. We were told the streaming sticks had been taken by previous guests. The footboard on the master bed was broken. The main bathroom - used by all three main floor bedrooms had a broken handle in the tub-you could not reasonably turn on or adjust the hot water. We hosted a wedding on the property in the adjoining barn/venue. The only drawback there - AC not sufficient for the space in hot Texas weather and freezes up leaving the space very hot-no ice machine. This is a great family get away property. Plenty of space to roam. No close neighbors. Beautiful sunsets!

Weekend Getaway

The stay at the house was great. We enjoyed everything. Had a great time in pool and love the set up very spacious... Just a few suggestions: the ceiling fans in the master and the bedroom across from the master click loudly all night, no broom, huge wasp issue, the ac quit working before it was adjusted. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home.

Total unique house

Every year the women in our family get together for a long weekend of fun, food and mayhem. This year we chose the house near Canton. The house was large with two bedrooms downstairs and the rest upstairs. Everything was extremely clean and the house was cool. We immediately claimed our beds and started our weekend of fun. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed sitting on the patio. We cooked, we had numerous bottles of wine. There were games we played in the huge game room. There was a slight problem with a toilet. The owners were quick to get a plumber out. He came quickly and had it repaired in no time.

Granny’s 95th Birthday Bash

This house was perfect to bring my extended family together to celebrate my Granny turning 95. We had 16 people stay Easter weekend and we had an amazing time. It was too chilly to utilize the pool but the kids went fishing in the pond and the game room was a huge hit! The bunk room was perfect for all the kids ranging in ages from 10 to 23. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable that I am on a mission to find out what brand the mattress is. 😂 Tiffany and Lori were amazing to work with. Lori answered any questions right away. It was a pleasure and I hope to go back again soon.

Canton girls trip

We are a group of friends and family that make a “girls trip” to Canton every year and this property did not disappoint! Beautiful location just 15 minutes from the Canton grounds made it very convenient for a First Monday weekend trip. It was peaceful and quiet outside with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. It was very clean and spacious and even includes a swimming pool, pool table, and shuffleboard. There were some storms that came through and knocked the power out for awhile, but the host was easy to communicate with and the power was restored before the expected time. We would definitely stay here again.

10 of us ladies loved the house and land. The house is spacious and open. Next time in Canton Texad we would diffinly stay again.
