It's time to relax & retreat!!☀️ There is no better place than the pristine beautiful waters of Center Hill Lake in Smithville, Tennessee! "Lake Escape" Vacation house is at the end of a dead end road offering secluded privacy surrounded by nature. This little slice of Heaven is perfect for family and friends gatherings, bridal showers/ bachelorette parties, card tournaments, and family reunions. It truly is an OASIS of a home and the location is perfect! Enjoy relaxing on one of the decks with plenty of seating for everyone, outdoor grills, hot tub, pool table, sauna, arcade machine, karaoke machine, kayaks, corn hole boards, fire-pit, and so much more!! Primitive ramp & large BEACH area, below house with access to launch small boats & our four kayaks; located minutes between Pates Ford & Four Seasons/SLIGO Marinas.


This home sleeps 17 comfortably in five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need and seating for everyone around the dinner table! 'No Wake Zone' family room has a pool table, air hockey, arcade game, karaoke machine, game table, and a large sectional perfect for making memorable movie nights.


Only steps down to the water! We provide four kayaks and life jackets, and a few folding chairs for your use. Boat ramp for small fishing boats and jet skis beside home. Launch your boat at Pate's Ford Marina (Home of WAKEFEST) just five minutes down the road, and grab dinner at Fishlipz while watching bands from Nashville perform!


The main level of this cozy home features large windows, a large fireplace, a kitchen fit for your chef of the family, 1/2 bath, two queen sleeper sofas, a large dining table with seating for 14-17, two TVs, a large over-sized deck, and 'Chef's Quarters' bedroom with a comfortable king bed and stunning views!!


Upstairs features 'No Wake Zone', a family room complete with Uncle T's Corner (perfect spot for playing games), a Pool Table, Ms PacMan Arcade (23 games), air hockey, Pepper Pong (featured recently on Shark Tank), a large queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and ice maker, electronic fireplace, morning balcony for coffee 'Crow's Nest', full bathroom with combo tub/shower, and 'Surf's Up' bedroom with cozy king bed.


Downstairs floor features a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, laundry, 'First Mate's Retreat' bedroom with large king bed, printer and desk for working, and XL twin bed (available for set up upon request). 'Captain's Quarters' Master Bedroom features a gas fireplace, comfortable king bed, and master bathroom complete with double shower heads and a sauna! Our HELO steam sauna, can provide benefits like improved circulation, reduced muscle soreness, joint pain relief, clearer skin, stress reduction, respiratory relief (especially for congestion), and can aid in workout recovery by loosening tight muscles; essentially, the moist heat helps to relax the body and open up airways, making it beneficial for various health concerns.


Access to the Hot Tub and Deck through both bedrooms. Located through the master bedroom is the 'Stowaway' bedroom complete with a large king bed.


Over-sized Decks spans off the main living area and downstairs bedrooms appointed with a large gas grill, furniture, hot tub, and mini fridge! Fire pit outside with firewood provided on us! The Perfect Weekend Getaway!


Games at Lake Escape: We have a pool table and air hockey game on the top floor; Ms. Pac Man Arcade Game (23 games). We keep three sets of Corn Hole Boards and bags at the house, along with these inside games: Standard Deck of Cards, ROOK, UNO, PHASE-10, Five Crowns, Rummikub, Pictionary, Game of Things, Monopoly (Murfreesboro Edition), Mexican Train Dominoes, LRC (Wild Edition), Candy Land Board, JENGA, Dirty Minds (17+), & Cards Against Humanity (Recommend Adults Only).


Center Hill Lake, is an hour east of Nashville. Located in beautiful Smithville, at the foothills of East Tennessee, you will love the privacy, waterfalls and views of one of the best lakes in Tennessee. Just a short drive away from Nashville, Cookeville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. There are many destinations to hike, canoe, kayak, boat, wake surf, shop and visit state parks, just minutes away from Lake Escape. Additionally, there are nine wineries in the upper Cumberland area, most of which are a short drive away.
