Etsitkö paikka rentoutua ja rentoutua? Etsitkö paikkaa veneen, hiihtäjän ja uimaan? Haven on täydellinen paikka yhden tai useamman perheen pääsemiseksi ja nauttimaan ulkoilun kauneudesta! Koti on kätkeytyneenä 3 metsäinen hehtaarin päässä umpikujaan, joten se on hyvin yksityinen. Voit istua peitetylle kannelle tai patioon ja nauttia kauniista ympäri vuoden järvinäköalasta tai rentoutua tulipalon alta, joka on järven rannalta. Lapsille on runsaasti luontoa ja turvallisia alueita, joilla lapset voivat juosta ja leikkiä ulkona.
Koti on 4 makuuhuonetta: 2 Master Suites, toisessa king-vuode, suihkukaappi ja yksi queen-vuode ja suihku / amme yhdistelmä. Toinen queen-kokoinen huone ja kerrossänky, jossa on kaksi kerrossänkyä ja kaksi ylimääräistä tyynynpäällistä kaksinkertaista patjaa, jotka voidaan vetää vyöryä tyyliin. Voit nauttia täysin varustetuista keittiöstä ja mukavista liinavaatteista mukavuutesi ja mukavuutesi vuoksi.
Istu alas ja rentoudu olohuoneeseen katsellen ikkunoiden seinää läpi järvelle. Niissä kylmissä iltoissa nautit tulta kiven kaasutakka. Talossa on kääri ympäri kuisti kokea useimmat luonto on tarjota ja molemmat Master Suites kävellä kannelle. Muut kaksi huonetta kävellä katettu patio on järvinäköala ja mukava keinu tai keinutuolit rentoutua. Puutarhalla on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa ja helppo vene kääntyy umpikujaan. Toisin kuin monet kohteet Center Hill järvellä, asema EI ole petollinen. On virkistysalue ja veneluiska 1 1/2 kilometrin päässä talosta ja Sligon venesatama on lähellä ponttonin veneen vuokrausta tai veneen luiskahtaa käytettävissä yöllä 10 dollaria. Riverwatch-golfkenttä on lähellä niille, jotka viettävät päivä vihreillä. On ruokakauppoja, ravintoloita ja toimintaa 15 minuutin päässä Smithville. We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house is very well kept and clean, with plenty of room for everyone in our group. The view of the lake is amazing, especially in the evenings with beautiful sunsets. The house is not far from the lake, with quick and easy access. The house has all the amenities we needed, and we had a great time. Would highly recommend this place!

8 of us traveled to The Haven for a girls knitting weekend. We had a wonderful time. We had a problem lighting the fireplace which was explained to us over the phone and fixed quickly. We hope to do this again next year. SSKs

Great place for a getaway!

Had a wonderful weekend with the girls! Easy check-in, clean and spacious. We spent most of our time in the deck- great outdoor furniture and plenty of space for 7 of us! Fyi.. the gas grill is on a gas line- no tank!

I was there with a group of women for a retreat. The house and property was so peaceful! We had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of towels and lots of space to spread out. We will definitely be using this home again!

Wonderful home in quiet area with plenty of space

Eleven members of my family stayed in the house to attend a wedding in the area. House is very roomy, quiet area with a beautiful view of the lake, ample parking, and we even saw deer in the yard. Kitchen is very well stocked. Only complaint was the ice maker did not work. Other than that if was the perfect house for our stay in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway!

We stayed at The Haven during the recent snow to celebrate a friend’s 40th. It was so nice to all be under one roof. The Haven had everything we needed and was a great layout for three families. The kids loved the downstairs area, and we had plenty of room to play games, work puzzles, eat our meals, etc. We enjoyed the view and the hot tub, too. When we arrived the bottom room had begun to flood (a frozen pipe busted), but Stacey and Klaas were so responsive and quick to get us the help we needed. The room was back to normal in no time! I would recommend The Haven and hope to one day return.

Relaxing getaway for families

We stayed at the Haven for our Spring Break. It was 3 families with 6 adults and 6 kids. The accommodations were perfect for our families. The kids loved the bunk room and the parents were comfortable in the other rooms. All the rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi TVs for streaming. We hardly used them at all though because the kids enjoyed exploring and sitting by the nice fire pit. The kitchen is well equipped and we did not lack anything we needed as we cooked all our meals. The only thing that was missing was a hot tub. It was really cold the weekend when we were there, and that is the one thing missing that we usually have in a cabin that we enjoy! The owners were very nice to work with and very attentive. Highly recommend.

The view was our favorite. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Not sure if we will stay again. Cleanliness was important & ww had to clean the stove before cooking. Dust heavy thru the house. The carpet was just disgusting in places. I wouldn’t have wanted the upstairs room bc it was just old & run down looking. We stay at many VRBO’s…. I have never stayed in one where I was asked to start laundry and bag everything up and wash dishes in the dishwasher before leaving especially when paying a sizeable cleaning fee on the property.

Can't wait to go back! PERFECT!!!!!

We went with a 2 couples and our children (toddler to 16). Everyone in our group had a great time! There was plenty for everyone to do from board games, basketball, foosball, Wii, netflix, ping-pong and a fantastic yard. We enjoyed grilling in the evenings with the kiddos playing outside (riding bikes, playing basketball, hide and seek, blowing bubbles, swinging on the porch swing that overlooks the beautiful view of the lake) and then ending the evenings with making s'mores on the fire. There was plenty of seating around the fire for adults and even a few extra camping chairs. We also loved being able to put kiddos to sleep and playing games on the nice patio set on the top deck. The details in this rental home were amazing. Beautiful furnishings from top to bottom. They provided little soaps and shampoos and face wipes in the showers just like a hotel would. They even had dish washer detergent and extra trash bags which was excellent as with the young boys we had they ate us out of house and home so we sure did have the trash. The bedding was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need.(Only thing I would have liked to have had was a 9x13 pan for breakfast casseroles and a kitchen broom but we made it work) The closets in the 2 master bedrooms were HUGE! They doubled as napping quarters for little ones in a pack n play as they were so big and quiet:) We spent most of our days on the water which makes this home SUPER convenient. Johnson' Chapel recreation area is just 1.2 miles from the house so just a zip up the road and you can put your boat in for the day. We also rented a pontoon from Sligo Marina. Once out on the water we realized that the Cookeville Marina is actually closer so if you plan to renting we suggest renting from them if they do rentals to cut down on time spent on driving boat back in the evenings. Overall this home was wonderful and we are already planning our next stay. The owners are great to work with and quick to respond to any questions you may have. I definitely recommend this rental for any occasion.

The location is absolutely perfect! The view from the deck and two of the bedrooms is nothing short of spectacular. The house is so warm and welcoming. Every bed, even the twin beds were very comfortable and that is from my 55 year old brother who thought he had been demoted (he was the last one to arrive) but insisted on staying in the single bed when my nephew left and a king bed opened.The water pressure is fantastic throughout the house. As all of the women in the house were over 50, the zoned air conditioning was a blessing in addition to ceiling fans in every room as well as on the deck which made the warm evenings so pleasant.My niece and sister enjoyed the hot tub a number of times and beach towels are provided.We enjoyed the fire pit and corn hole as well.The closest major grocery store was 20 minutes away but Walmart delivers for free and will do with in 3 hours for a 5 fee…totally worth it!We did have a toilet back up one day but Stacey the host contacted Tim the property manager who was there with in minutes and took care of it.We had nine people and everyone had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again.

The Haven was the perfect spot for our family reunion. There was plenty of sleeping space for all of us and having 4 and a half bathrooms was amazing!The floor plan is interesting, but it worked out great for us. The 2nd master suite is apparently part of an addition to the house. I think the “bunk room” used to be the garage and the 2nd master suite was the attic above it. It’s very nicely done with a sitting area outside the bedroom area with access to a full bathroom from both spaces. It was a perfect spot for grandparents to go to bed earlier and not hear any ruckus from the other end of the house. Access to the room requires going downstairs and then back up another set of stairs, but it’s also accessible by going out on the deck and using the sliding glass door to the bedroom - if you don’t feel like doing stairs. It was a bit confusing at first, but worked out really great. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The view from the deck is incredible and it’s where the whole family spent the majority of our time. Thank you Stacey for sharing your space with us and giving us the opportunity to create memories with our children and grandchildren.

July 4th weekend with the family!

We had a much needed family get-away! This house was exactly what we needed. Grandkids loved all being together in the kids room with all the bunkbeds, the adults enjoyed having there own spacious bedrooms. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the upper deck. We rented a pontoon from Sligo Marina and had a wonderful day on Center Hill Lake. Hopefully we can make this a yearly tradition!

Great place

The Host was very accommodating- i had to change my dates not once but twice and she made it so easy to do. Place was perfect for our family- we like to put boat in at sligo- as thats the calmer end of lake. This house was within 10 minutes of Sligo dock. Also like to head to Cookeville for dinner and movie and the house is in good spot for that as well. We have adult children and we had a blast playing ping pong, darts and foosball in the evenings. House was well equipped with any game to play. Having 3 rooms with king size beds also a plus. There are also queen bed and bunk room with about 6 twin beds ( no grandkids yet so we didnt need them):). Kitchen well stocked. Will definitely be booking this place again.

I grew up camping and boating on Center Hill Lake and it was always a dream of mine to own a home on Center Hill. It is such a beautiful lake and holds many cherished childhood memories for me of the days I spent here with family and friends. Now that I am grown and have a family of my own with a husband and three children I decided having a place of our own to create new memories would be such a special gift. We live in Mt. Juliet, TN so the lake property is around an hour away. We just purchased the home in January 2015 and have been working very hard to make it our home away from home. We decided to rent the home on VRBO to help cover expenses and to allow other families the opportunity to make their own memories!
We love this property because it is on three beautiful wooded acres with a beautiful year round lake view. It has tons of privacy, yet it is close to the lake and marina. We hope to spend many weekends having great experiences at our lake home and we hope you do too!

We fell in love with this property for the quiet seclusion on 3 acres and the beautiful year round Lakeview. We loved the wooded lot and yard space that allows our three children to have an area to play. We also found the unique floor plan of the home allows for togetherness as well as privacy. We hope our guests love our home as much as we do!
