Great house with lots of room for fun. This specially built vocational rental house was finished building on 8/8//23 with 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 master suites, on one acre lot. This beautiful house is 7-10 minutes from the Old Mill District, the city center, parks, art, culture restaurants, shopping and dinning, 20-30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor & Cascade Lakes. You will love the house because of the spacious rooms, comfy beds, great kitchen and family room. The place is good for large groups. The pictures of this house were shot by a cell phone. The house is actually better than the pictures. The 7th bedroom is converted from a living room without doors, but it does have curtains for visual privacy. The house is next to Lava Butte which is part of Newberry National Volcanic Monument (five minutes drive to the entrance). There is a 1/4 of a mile gravel road right before the house. This is the host's third vocational houses. We have two more 3200 square feet, 6 bedroom, 3 full bathroom houses of exactly same floor plan, a mile away from this house. The listing IDs of the other two houses are: 932319 and 1872560. Please check them out. For guests' safety, we have a CCTV camera on the window counter by the front door. The camera is facing outside to monitor outside of the house when the house is vacant. Guests can turn off the camera by unplug the power from the wall. Please let the host David know if there are any questions.

Spring Break Ski Trip
Property was everything we needed to accommodate 5 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 16 to 3. Location was close to both Bend and Sunriver giving us alternate ways to travel back and forth to Mt. Bachelor for a week of skiing. The property owner was attentive and checked in on our stay multiple times during our stay. The price/value for this property was definitely 5 stars.

Handled 17 with no obvious issues
Our group of snowboarders/ skiers enjoyed this large home in a quiet DRW neighborhood. Very well equiqped kitchen, almost too many accesories which competed for pantry space. Lots of toys, bikes, games in garage. More than enough towels, blankets, linen, etc. Roku TV worked well. Overall, just minor nitpicks, really.

Perfect house
We had a large group and I was pleased to find that there was plenty of room for us. The home was set up to truly accommodate a large group. Some hosts accept large groups but aren’t as thoughtful about the home set up. Plenty of dish ware, rooms, extra towels and linens, and outdoor amenities were all well thought out. I also appreciated the great communication from our host and willingness to work with us on time of arrival and departure.

Friends Trip
Very beautiful house equiped with everything needed for a cmofortable stay. Great setup in and outside of the house to accomodate large groups. Communication with the owner was excellent. Totally recommended
