This newly renovated bi-level 2BR/2.5BA condo sleeps 6 and features two beach-view balconies, a 50-inch smart flat-screen TV in the living room, and an in-unit W/D. The first level offers an open and inviting floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as a half bath. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and balcony. The master bedroom features a king bed, charging ports on each nightstand, and a work desk with beach views. Take advantage of the heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill pavilion at the complex, or take a few more steps straight onto the beach to sunbathe, swim, fish, or enjoy a nighttime bonfire!

-Gazebo with gas grills. Due to our frequent droughts, high winds, & burn bans, NO other types of Bar-B-Q pits, grills, or outdoor cooking equipment are allowed on the premises including parking lots, balconies, or patios.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, a sponge, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
