The house has a balcony, living room and kitchen integrated, with large glass windows allowing natural light to enter throughout the property. On the 3rd floor, you will find a wonderful space of outdoor area next to nature with swimming pool, sun loungers, sauna, gourmet area, bathroom and shower. It also has a space with a fireplace to enjoy with family and friends!

Events, Celebrations and Parties - up to 10 hours of rental.
Rent - Internal and External Part - R$ 10.000,00 (up to 140 people)
Rent only the External Part - R$ 5.500,00 (up to 70 people)
Renting only the internal part - R$ 5.000,00 (up to 70 people)

Rental for recordings and photo sessions - up to 10 hours of rental - R $ 5,000.00

Package for New Year's Eve - Internal and External Part - 12 hours of rental - R$ 18,750.00

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The house does not accept overnight accommodation, only Day Use.
Total hours of rental: 10 (ten) hours.
Parties/Events/Commemorations until 10 pm.
A security deposit is charged (deposit), and returned within 02 working days after check-out.
Rentals for events, celebrations and parties, the house is limited to 70 people if rented a part of the house or 140 if rented the entire property, the amount includes guests, children and staff, and can not be exceeded the limit.
Locations of recordings and photo shoots should be informed in advance the use of generator.
The rooms will not be released in the leases.
There are stairs to access the house.
FORBIDDEN pets on the property.
