- Electric 2-burner cooktop and small sink for easy meal prep
- Convection toaster oven and Ninja Foodi (air fryer, baking, sautéing, and crockpot settings)
- Microwave and Tupperware for food storage
- Complete set of dishes, pans, and cooking utensils
**Living Area:**
- Cozy living room featuring a 3-person couch and two stylish accent chairs
**Bedroom 1 (Queen Bed):**
- Comfortable queen bed with a memory foam mattress
- Spacious closet for ample storage
- Convenient bedside tables with built-in charger ports and luggage rack
- Sound machine for a restful night’s sleep
**Bedroom 2 (Twin Beds):**
- Two twin beds with plush mattresses
- Three-drawer dresser and lamps with built-in charging ports
- Open closet space, luggage rack, and full-length mirror
**Bathroom:**
- Refreshing, generously sized shower with adjustable pressure settings
**Laundry:**
- Laundry facilities available in the basement for those staying 14 plus days.
(This is our storage. Occasionally will reach out to see if we can get in there.)
**Garage Space:**
- Private garage access for your convenience
- Equipped with patio furniture for a relaxing outdoor experience
- Open the garage door to enjoy fresh air and a patio-like atmosphere
- Note: Garage is unheated; may be cold in winter and warm in summer

- The space includes a white noise machine and earplugs for light sleepers, plus extras in the closet for forgotten items.
- For month-long stays, inquire about washer and dryer access before booking; short-term guests do not have access.
- The basement is cooler than the main house, offering a comfortable retreat in summer but at times can be cooler in Winter. The basement has space heaters for your comfort.
- We live upstairs, so you may hear footsteps and voices. Our two friendly dogs may greet you with some barking, but they are gentle companions.
- We pride ourselves on positive reviews and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere.

We are a family of three. We have a 14-year-old son. We have a 14-year old American Bulldog and 6 year collie mix. They both are sweet. They do bark through the window when seeing people go in and out. Otherwise, they love people. We enjoy being active outdoors.

We relocated to this neighborhood a couple year ago, and we've truly loved it. Its proximity to the wildlife sanctuary offers us peaceful walks surrounded by nature. The area is wonderfully quiet, yet we're just a stone's throw away from bike trails, recreational centers, a variety of dining options, and a grocery store, all within a mile and a half.
