Great location across the street from the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Nice accommodation for our family weekend. I recommend cleaning a few things that need attention.....HVAC vents, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, light switches. The guest bathroom shower drips continuosly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was very clean!!! Dryer didn't work very well and screen door was broken and locked us out. Front window screen has been cut like someone tried to get in at some point.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was nice. Would return. Just need some issues fixed. The last day we washed clothes and took all day just to dry a load. Dryer needs fixed or replaced. Also some dishes were dirty but put up like clean. Probably the cleaning people fault. Other than that enjoyed the convenience of the pool and the short walk to beach. I would recommend this place to others. Just hopefully the issue with dryer gets fixed ASAP and someone inspects after been cleaned. Also had to call at 4 to get check in information. Was supposed to get call but no one called. So I did

Overall the condo was very clean and set up as described. The first night we experienced a water leak that was address immediately but couldn't be repaired. So a dehumidifier had to be installed during the duration of our stay, which caused sinus issues for those sleeping in that room. People coming in and out of the condo was unsettling and inconvenient. The dryer doesn't heat up well so it takes multiple runs to get clothes dried and it squeals like the bearings are going it. The tv mounted on the wall in the room with 2 beds hangs into the bathroom doorway by a few inches causing people to bump it regularly. The pool was well maintained but the shared cooking space needed cleaning. Old, broken cleaning utensils were left behind for use and the grill grates were extremely dirty. Ground keepers were kind and helpful. The overall appearance of the property was nice and well maintained. Close proximity to the beach is a huge plus.

Nice property ane location- super close to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the pool right outside the door. The only problem was the fire alarm going off at like 3 am, which terrified both kids.

Perfect location!

It’s the perfect location for the Beach, but not on the beach. When you exit the condo you can walk or go left in your vehicle and drive on to the beach with an automobile annual pass that you can purchase for 10-12 dollars at any Stripes convenience store.The condo was clean and comfortable, as described. We were able to sleep 8 people and 1 toddler comfortably. The outdoor area surrounding the pool was wonderful. They had a large smoker pit and a huge Blackstone grill that worked great, and were clean. I requested an early check in, but did not get it. This would have been fine, but I did not get communication as to the early check-in until one minute before 4:00pm. I received our check-in information at exactly 3:59. It would have been nice to have communication either way so we could have gone to a restaurant as we were there at 2:00ish waiting for communication. The only other issue was the stove and oven which was dated and had burners that didn’t work. Oven was also sketchy, but eventually did the job. The refrigerator also took a very long time to cool our drinks, even on the coldest setting.If the two appliances were repaired or replaced, it would be a huge improvement. Everything else about the Condo was just perfect. I would definitely recommend for a family weekend.

A wonderful place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, organized and there was plenty of space. Just across the street from the public beach access. The pool was nice. The community was kind and quiet at night.

We loved it here!

Located in the perfect place. Quiet and clean. Friendly people and a sweet little pup named Paisley ☺️ Pool was really clean and the property was well maintained. Over all it was great. I hope we get to stay here again next year!

Such a fun trip! We had a great stay and the property had everything we needed. It was located amongst all the places we went to see. Close to the beaches, stores, and restaurants! The pool was a great touch as well!
