• Sijaitsee Bodega Harbor -golfkentän yhdeksännessä teessä
• Upeat näkymät Bodega Headille, Doran Beachille ja Tyynellemerelle
• Rantareitti kadun toisella puolella
• Kylpytynnyri / kannella pöytä ja tuolit / Weber-kaasugrilli; pingispöytä muunnetussa autotallissa.

Talon ulkoasu: Kotiin on 2 tasoa. Ainoa alakerroksen huone on autotalli ja sisäänkäynti. Edessä olevan kävelytien vieressä olevasta keittiöstä on myös toinen sisäänkäynti välttäen pääportaita. Kaikkien alueen asuminen sijaitsee toisella tasolla. Makuuhuoneet sijaitsevat kodin takana, kun taas keittiö / ruokailutila / olohuone sijaitsevat kodin edessä. Kodissa on portti, joka estää sisäänkäynnin portaat tarvittaessa perheille.

Makuuhuoneet / kylpylät: Makuuhuone # 1 istuu kodin takana Doran-rantaa kohti holvikattoilla ja isoilla ikkunoilla, joista on upeat näkymät valkoveteen Doran Beach / Bodega-lahdelle ja yhdeksändelle väylälle. Tässä suuressa huoneessa on king-size-vuode, TV / kaapeli / DVD ja erillinen vyöryvuode (2-kaksoset täydellinen lapsille). Tässä huoneessa on myös erillinen suihku, jossa kaksinkertainen ala- / wc-vaatekaappi.

Jotka Mstr Bdrm # 1: stä, ohitat kaksi kaapia ylimääräisillä liinavaatteilla / peleillä, joilla on pääsy vierashuoneeseen # 3 vasemmalla. Tässä huoneessa on queen-vuode, kaapeli-TV ja holvikatot. Vierekkäiselle kannelle on liukulasiovi, josta on näkymät Doran Beachille / Bodega Baylle ja yhdeksännelle väylälle.

Tämän makuuhuoneen vieressä on täysi-vieraskylpy, jossa on erillinen pesula-alue.

Vierashuone # 4 on myös tämän kylpyhuoneen vieressä. Tässä huoneessa on queen-vuode, kaapeli-TV ja holvikatot. Kannelle johtaa liukuva lasiovi, josta on näkymät golfkentälle.

Tästä huoneesta on makuuhuone # 2. Tässä suuressa huoneessa on king-vuode, kaapeli-TV / DVD, holvikatot / kattoikkuna ja erillinen kylpyhuone suihkulla. Se on kytketty kannelle, joka on edessä kotona, jossa poreallas istuu. Upea merinäköala.

Ruokailutila / keittiö / olohuone on edelleen käytävällä kaksi askelmaa ylöspäin. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla uusilla laitteilla. Ruokapöytä istuu vieressä ja mahtuu 10 vierasta. Pidämme ruokakomero varustettuna erilaisilla mausteilla, teetä, kahvia, foliota, saraanikääriä ... jne. Keittiön ulkopuolella on erillinen sisäänkäynti kadun ulkopuolella sijaitsevalle kodille vieraille, jotka haluavat välttää alemman tason portaita. Tämän kannen päässä on propaanin grilli.

Olohuoneesta on upeat näkymät ulos 4 erittäin suuresta kuva-ikkunasta, jotka ovat Tyynen valtameren päin. LRG. Taulutelevisiokaapeli-TV / Blu-ray / DVD, stero-cd-soitin w / iPOD-iPhone-telakalla, kirjahylly lrg: llä. valikoima kirjoja ja lehtiä, ja lrg. valikoima DVD- ja nahkasohvia tässä huoneessa tekevät siitä ihanan rentouttavan alueen viettämään perheen / ystävien kanssa.

PERHTEET: Vieraille, joilla on lapsia, olemme sijoittuneet kaappeihin: syöttötuoli, harjoittelija, portti tukkimaan portit. Kaappi täynnä pelejä ja Super Nintendo-videopelejä. Peitetyt myyntipisteet. Rumpus-huoneen alemmalla tasolla tv ja pelijärjestelmä; Pöytätennis.

RANNEKOHTEET: Rantahuovat, tuolit, sateenvarjo, boogie-levyt, jääkarit, autotallissa sijaitsevat hiekkalelut. Pidämme jopa rantakorttia perheille, jotka haluavat ajaa State Beachille Doranin sisäänkäynnillä kaikilla "tavaroillaan", mikä säästää 7 dollarin pysäköintimaksua.

Mitä me / vieraat rakastamme kodista eniten? Talossa on hyvin avoin, siistitön tunne kaikilla auringonvaloilla kattoikkunoista / ikkunoista ja holvikattoista. Another Exceptional Stay

Our third family stay at this wonderful property. Excellent locatio, sea views; generously and thoughfully provisioned with all the essentials plus! Very clean; comfy beds and furniture; well equipped kitchen. Every game imaginable for terrific and memorable family evenings. Beach toys, ping pong! It's all there. Couple all of this with an excellent and very communicative host/owner, and it makes for a terrific, care free stay. Can't wait to do it again!

Great layout & location!

Just got back yesterday from a short 4 night stay & we’re already wishing we could go back. Went with my family of 3 and our friends (family of 5), there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The dining table was the perfect size. (A little tight in space btwn the table & wall or walkway, but the overall size was great for all of us to sit for meals.) This is the place! Particularly if you have allergies to pet dander.

We just got back from an amazing stay at this Bodega Bay home. It was so clean, the beds are clean and comfortable, 3 bathrooms were great! The ocean views are amazing from inside the house! There's a path, across the street, to the beach. It's a short walk. I loved the little touches, like "Make-up" wash clothes, little paper cups in the bathroom, fans in the bedrooms were awesome for helping us sleep, labels everywhere, so you know where things are, a bag of coffee sure came in handy. AND the Super Mario Nintendo game was a HIT!! My adult kids are experts at the game and taught our 5-year-old granddaughter how to play. We spent a lot of time in the garage with the garage door open to see the ocean and feel the breeze. I played ping pong with my daughter-in-law, granddaughter, and son-in-law for a long time. There is everything you need to cook. It's not a huge kitchen, but we did fine with 7 people. It's a big dining table, so we all fit. There was a shower pad for the hallway shower that was slippery, & games in the closet. We spent a lot of time at the beach. And my new pilot son loved the pilot magazines! What a great 4 days! There is a flight of stairs to get up into the home after you get inside the front door. This was no problem for us. Its carpeted and easy to get up the stairs, unless you are elderly, or disabled. 5 Star review for sure :)

Everything Needed for Fun!

We were impressed by how well-equipped the house was - everything from kitchen needs to beach toys and games. Our granddaughters loved that we only had a short walk to get to the beach, since they wanted to go every day.

We enjoyed staying at this wonderful home. The home was stocked with everything you could need and more. Everything is well maintained and attention is paid to every detail. The house is located so you can take in the beautiful ocean views with a path to the beach right across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean house on the ocean

Came with family for a mini vacation, everything went as expected! The house was extremely clean which was wonderful because we had two babies that were crawling on the floors. The location was beautiful, we enjoyed walks to the beach and the beautiful setting. Only disappointment was not being able to go on the golf course trails, which looked beautiful and would make for a wonderful walk. We knew this ahead of time but it was a bit of a bummer once we were there. The hosts were very responsive and the house supplied all we needed for our trip and more!

Girls trip

We came to Bodega Bay for our annual girls trip. The house was beautiful and fit our group of 8 perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and we made several meals over the weekend. The hot tub was nice to have, and the ocean views were amazing. We loved the trail access across the street and took several walks down to the beach. Check-in and check-out were both easy & hassle free and communication with Debbie and Dave was clear & helpful. Sonoma Zipline information was included with the welcome email and we booked a tour there and had a blast! We hope to make a return trip next year. ❤️

Perfect at Bodega “Gull” Home

This home provided the ideal gathering place for the friendships, spanning 50 years, of of 5 girlfriends. The home is immaculate, spacious, and filled with amenities, although we never made use of the hot tub or ping pong table. With great views of the ocean, delightful walks on the beach, and preparation of meals in the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and quiet neighborhood, our 3-night stay was the perfect getaway! We plan to return! Thank you Debbi for being a superb host!

Girlfriends Getaway

The property location and views are stunning California Coast at Bodega Bay, short walk/hike to the beach. The home was very clean and super well-stocked. Instructions for check-in and use of technology were clear and easy. WiFi was very consistent despite slightly remote location. Special kudos for Property manager Debbie who was fantastic to work with and very responsive. Our trip was a group of five women but definitely room for a larger group. I hope to bring my family in the future, preferably during summer when we can fully enjoy the area.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The property was wonderful. Our family was able to have their own space in the spacious bedrooms. The home was very clean and was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, baby furniture to beach toys and supplies!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!!

Cozy retreat

Very clean and comfortable. Worked great for our 1year old granddaughter. Even had a waffle maker

I'm Debbie and my husband Dave is a Plumbing/Heating/Electrical contractor and runs his own business Acrat Plumbing, Heating & Electrical (Handy when you run vacation rentals). I run Bodega Bay Rentals, LLC. We own Gull Harbour & Pacific View. I book, maintain and CLEAN. Yes... We do the cleaning. It's the best way to KNOW what's going on in the home. As a professed germaphobe I like knowing I'm providing guests with a clean environment (read reviews).

Both college grads (Dave SSU Business/Debbie Pacific Union Nursing). We are active in our kids lives (college/hs). We've owned & managed commercial & residential property in Sonoma Cnty for 25+ yrs and have rented our homes in Bodega Bay since 2001. When not working we enjoy being outside working our ranch, hiking or playing at the beach. We've hiked Half Dome the past several years and have a slew of Spartan, marathons & triathlon's under our belts. 2021/2022 we hiked Rim2Rim Grand Canyon. If you see me around the harbour, it's usually with one of my furry friends enjoying this beautiful area! If you LOVE hiking...this is a great area...and its how we prepped for Grand Canyon and Half Dome. ASK ME!

Our goal...YOU have a seamless vacation in a home that runs top to bottom. We clean/prep so have hopefully headed off any unwanted issues. We are local and available 24/7 to help at any time...even if just a texted question. Dave as a plumbing/electrical contractor....If an issue pops up...we respond asap. Our homes are self entry and guests given door code so entry at your leisure. Lots of extras. Questions don't hesitate to ask.

We purchased our first home in Bodega Bay around the corner (on Gull) from this one in 2001 as an investment. We love the area and renting it out to friends, family & guests. Dave actually did all the mechanical on this home when it was built in the 1990's so we knew it was a solid purchase. Add that to the amazing views of the home & the beach trail across the street and we were sold.

Our home sits at the crest of Gull Drive facing water. You can see the current moving, whales from living room windows and sounds of waves and seals. Very relaxing area... Gull Drive is the closest street to access trails/beach of anywhere in the harbor.

Two beach trails off of Gull Drive...one right across the street. The other leading to the Bodega Harbour Clubhouse/Bistro & Bar.

FABULOUS views! Located at the 9th Tee . Kids love the Ping-Pong table. I love going for runs around the Harbour. Hills offer quite the challenge. We love to geocache in the area.

Doran Beach is a wonderful gradually sloping beach for kids to play in. We keep a beach pass to Doran Park in the home for Guests that want to use the 'day use' area at the County Park. I also like knowing the Coast Guard is stationed behind the park should someone need assistance. We keep lots of beach supplies in the home for families.
