You are also a 10-minute walk down the beach from Sukha Beach House, a local restaurant serving delicious Mexican cuisine.

Only 25-30 minutes away are the beautiful beaches of La Boat, Careyeros, Higuera Blanca, Litibú, Sayulita and San Pancho.

Narval Sur is a brand-new development with condos still not complete yet. There may be some repair noises and smells due to the continued work.
