Bay Tree D15-16 offers a very peaceful and quiet stay and still have many fun things to do. This 2 story with interior spiral staircase is located on the 2nd floor, with no elevator access and external staircase. 1 full restroom on each floor. All bedrooms on 3rd floor. Fish from our private Pier, lounge around our Texas size pool. BBQ with the family. Play Tennis and Pickleball on the new Courts. AND, you can see pelicans, sea turtles, dolphins and other sea birds in the Private Marina. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and nightlife. Monthly rentals are not available. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle under carport and 1 across in the lot. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
