The bedrooms are located upstairs by accessing the spiral staircase. This would be a front row seat to watch the 4th of July and New Years Eve fireworks from the top balcony! Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
