Cypress Grove - Dog River - Heated Pool

Cypress Grove - Located on the waterfront of the Dog River. Located 10 minutes away from downtown Mobile and 40 minutes from Dauphin Island. Fishing, Kayaking, boating, water activities are all accessible from the property. Perfect home for multiple families to getaway together and reconnect with the most beautiful sunset views across the river.

Pool heating is available as an optional add on for an additional $35 a day.

**BOAT/ BOAT RENTAL NOT INCLUDED**

** NO HOTTUB**

The pier, grill & smoker are not serviced by the cleaning staff. Please enjoy all amenities and leave these items in the condition you would like to find them when you'd arrive.

Guest have full access to the entire property except the locked garage/storage area.
The property is regularly serviced weekly by service professionals. Pool/lawn maintenance occurs weekly and pest control bi-weekly. Please allow them to do their job as they will be by during your visit.

** The pool is equipped with a pool heater that is available as an optional add-on for $35 a day. When the pool heater is chosen, it is not a hot tub and I don't want you disappointed. The heater will warm up the water to 85 degrees. If it is winter time and cold outside this temperature can still feel cold to some people.**

THE SPACE
The home is 2400 sqft. of private living space situated on 1.42 acres. 3 bedrooms each have a king size bed, night tables, dresser and closets. The additional lower bedroom has two bunkbeds that are twin over full with a dresser, desk/office space with a 1/2 bath and the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dining room featuring a large dining table that can seat 10 people. There are two full bathroom that both feature a single vanity sink with a tub/shower combo. There are two living room area's that both feature seating areas and tv's. There is a covered patio facing the pool and beautiful view into the backyard. There is a charcoal grill and smoker for your outdoor grilling needs. The front yard includes a nice wooded area great for the kids to play and in the backyard towards the water there is a huge grassy area. The dock is perfect for fishing, swimming and just enjoying the water.

work trip with a bit of relaxation

The property was nice. I booked this place because it was on the river and I know the guys and I would enjoy that after a long day at work. It was winter down in Alabama and even though it was nice the week we were there, the week prior have 7 inches of snow. I say that because the pool and the outside of the property could have been better maintained. Overall, the trip was nice and enjoyable. I would stay here again with my crew if the opportunity presents itself.

Family visit

We were in town visiting family and this house was perfect. Family was able to come over and enjoy the pool with us while we grilled out. Fishing off the dock was one of the kids favorite things. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had about the house. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

great VRBO for private enjoyable vacation

Stayed 1 week at this VRBO and enjoyed every minute especially being secluded from other spring break people. We took in a few Mobile AL sites. We also visited Dauphin Island which validated our choice to be more secluded. We had 3 couples + 1 teenager and layout was perfect in the house. We cooked some great meals in the kitchen, enjoyed the pool and view of the Dog River. Ryan (host) communicated quickly with any questions we had. This will be on our list to stay if ever in the area again.

Plenty of space

Loved the space of this property. We all had our own space so it didn’t feel like we were in top of one another. We didn’t get to take advantage of the pool due to the time of the year, but this would be more awesome in warmer temps.

Fantastic Experience in Mobile

The home in Cypress Grove was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. We were in town for a few days to visit family in Mobile and the home fit 4 adults and five children comfortably with room to spare. There are great amenities and the location is fantastic in Dog River if getting in and out of Downtown Mobile. The home was clean and the property was overall very well maintained. Check in and Check out were smooth and the owner was available if needed (everything was perfect so I never even needed to reach out). Communication about the house rule were clear and very easy to follow. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We will definitely look you up again next time we are in Mobile.
