Located in the Upper East Side District, this property places you a few steps away from plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, and major places of interest: Wynwood - 15 minutes, Miami Design District - about 11 minutes, Brickell - around 25 minutes. Miami International Airport is just about 16 minutes away. Go for a swim to the North Beach, which is just a 15 minutes away, or take a 9-minute ride to enjoy the nature and some peace and quiet in the Morningside Park.

You can enjoy all the amenities and equipment the apartment has to offer. And we invite you to visit the shared lounge area at the front of the property, where you can relax and meet your neighbors over a glass of wine.
Access to the unit by stairs
Our unit is located on the second floor, you must climb stairs.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood of the Upper East Side, or MiMo (Miami Modern), District with other small townhouses. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and fast-food places (such as McDonald´s, Subway, Domino´s Pizza) are at your service within walking distance.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop on Biscayne Blvd or you can use transportation platforms such as Uber and Lyft.
Other Things to Note:
Upon arrival, the apartment will be provided with basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day
WI-FI: The Wi-Fi provided is of standard speed, which is ideal for basic browsing and streaming. However, it may not be suitable for remote work or tasks that require high-speed internet, as performance could be slower.
