Tule kokemaan, miksi jokainen rakastaa oleskelua OBX Life I. Rentoudu istuu 6 hengen porealtaalla, josta on näkymät merelle! Oceanfront ylellisyyttä kohtuullisen hinnoittelun. Perinteiselle rantalomamökille!
On 5 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta. Yläkerrassa on mestari w / king ja ulosvedettävä kahden hengen sohva / nukkuja ja oma kylpyhuone, toinen makuuhuone kuningatar ja kolmas makuuhuone yhden hengen vuode ja yksi täynnä. Master makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja toinen kylpyhuone pois käytävällä. Alakerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, toinen päällikölle kuningas ja toisessa huoneessa on kaksi kerrossänkyä asettaa. Käytävällä on kahden makuuhuoneen vieressä kylpyhuone. Yhteensä kolme kylpyhuoneet. Yksi vieraanamme suosikki ominaisuuksia on suuri kapasiteetti jääpalakone pitämään juomat kylmänä ja jäähdyttimet koko rannalla.

Nauti auringonlaskuista edestä seulotaan kuisti ja auringonlaskua (merinäköala) kattaa kuistilla 6 henkilöä kylpytynnyri. Hotelli sijaitsee kätevästi 300 metrin päässä Outer Banksin laiturilta, jossa voit kalastaa tai rentoutua laiturilla sijaitsevassa Fish Heads Ocean Front Grillissä. (äänestänyt parhaiten rannalla baarissa Outer-pankeissa kolme vuotta peräkkäin) Nauti yksityinen uima-allas ja yksityinen kävelytie rannalle. Allas avataan 15 toukokuu ja sulkee 1 lokakuu.
Molemmat tuulilasi kuisti ja takana kattaa kannella on upeat näkymät koko päivän ja illan pitkä.
South Nags Head tarjoaa asuin yksityisyyttä pyörällä ja kävelyreiteillä. Outlet-ostospaikat sijaitsevat vain 3. 2 mailin päässä talosta. Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella vähäliikenteisillä ja uncrowded rannat. Loved this classic OBX house. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen well stocked. Location was awesome right on the beach and next to the pier. Owner was very responsive and honest. We left some items in the home at checkout and he notified us right away and agreed to mail them to us! Would stay here again!

Awesome beach location

Our family loved the house- the location on the beach was perfect for the kids, and the adults spend hours on the porch watching the sunrise, dolphins and waves.

Incredible beach house with a wonderful host!

We had a family reunion at the Outer Banks and Mike’s house was perfect to accommodate multiple family with the ages ranging from 1 to 68. We were traveling from California and Mike was always very quick to respond to all the questions we had leading up to the incredible trip. The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. We will be back for sure!

Perfect Family Vacation House

This house was wonderful for our little family getaway. The location was walking distance to a great bar with food at the pier. Great private access to the beach. Beautiful view of the pier and ocean. The owner was readily available for a few small questions. Highly recommend this house!

Dryer damaged some clothes. Lint trap pocket in dryer needs to be removed and cleaned up so that trap can be placed all the way in.

We were bummed with the weather. We also thought it was weird you didn't supply just a few basics so when you get in late at night you don't have to find a store and buy toliet paper and hand soap. We left some for the next guests. PS We forgot to start the dishwasher. Sorry!

Disappointed in the condition of the house and lack of amenities

The location of the property is 5 star. The house was worn and needs to be updated. All beds are extremely uncomfortable and had a piece of foam between the mattress and mattress cover. One piece of foam was torn into two pieces. Most of the furniture was a hodge pod; some looking like it was purchased from a used furniture store. The family room furniture was new and comfortable. We picked up bedding from a container outside the house and had to make the beds. We were surprised by a last minute email from the owner that we had to buy all supplies, trash bags, soap, dishwasher pods, etc. Total nightly cost of the stay was about the same I pay for a 5 star condo in Maui but it felt more like a Days Inn level property. When we contacted the owner about need for more towels, he responded quickly and accommodated the request. While we had a good time in the Outer Banks, the accommodations were disappointing.

ROACHES!!

Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy our stay here. Coming to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary, we were disappointed after a 9-hour drive to find several German cockroaches as soon as we arrived. I immediately contacted the property owner with pictures of the roaches we found, and he put me in touch with another property coordinator, Doreen. Although Doreen was very nice and sympathetic, they were unable to accommodate us at any other beachfront property nor did they offer to refund us. If it weren’t for my elderly parents who came only for the beachfront experience and were too exhausted to move, I would have left immediately. Even after an exterminator was sent out, we continued to find multiple live roaches daily throughout the entire house (even in the bedrooms!), which truly made for an unpleasant experience. The house is dated and in need of small repairs, but most importantly they need to stop renting for a while to handle the roach problem. For a place this expensive, dealing with a roach infestation is just unacceptable. Do yourself a favor, and pick one of the dozens of other beachfront rentals available along the Nags Head strip.

Not a good experience

A roach crawled out of the stove when we turned it on the first night so we looked around & found several more roaches- living & dead. We messaged the Host who promptly scheduled pest control. They pulled out the stove, saw roaches, and sprayed. They said the existing bait in the cabinets was still good. We killed roaches all week in the fridge, on counters, and in bedrooms. SO STRESSFUL! Also had dark/murky hot tub water due to no chlorine in the dispenser & very dirty filter. Maintenance had us drain & refill the water. Host was again responsive & apologetic. He offered a refund “14 days after the review period is over” and wrote: “we hope that you do not leave a public review about the roaches.” It’s hard to say if any amount of money could make up for roaches in your vacation rental, but we thought maybe we could feel satisfied that the owner had made things right with us. We naively asked if we could know how much before we would forego a review. We now understand this can be construed as extortion since Vrbo emailed telling us “the host has contacted us regarding your messages, saying that you requested a refund in exchange for a good review.” I felt terrible reading that email bc I was just innocently trying to decide whether I could say ‘this place was awful & I’d never go again’ or ‘there were issues but the owner totally made up for it.’’ But to be clear - refund or not - our honest review is that our whole vacation was really tarnished by all the roaches & drama :(

This house was great & had everything we needed for a vacation! We loved the hot tub & the covered front porch. The chairs on the back deck were really nice too. The weather was cool so we didn’t use the pool but we looked at it & it was good. There are beach chairs under the house which was perfect for us since we didn’t have extra room to pack ours. There’s a water hose on each end of the house as well to was your feet & in our case spray off the windows of our vehicles bc they got terribly dirty from all the sand blowing. It’s a straight shot to the beach & I loved the view of it from the back deck. The owner was responsive anytime I messaged which I appreciated. I’m sure anyone who stays here will be well satisfied! Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Absolutely relaxing

The location and comfort of this home is everything OBX. The spaces are comfortable, the amentities sufficient, the response form the owner was quick. The pool is in a great location for keeping sand out of it! The hot tub overlooks the dune for early morning sun rise soaks. We had a wonderful time and experience in this property.

Spring break with my wife and daughter and our grandson. Great quiet location on the beach. All shopping and restaurants within a 5 - 10 minute drive. Early morning sunrise with coffee was amazing.

Beautiful home and location

The house was beautiful and spacious with plenty of room for 9 adults. The location was perfect with the view of the ocean from the house and the bar and grill just down the beach. The hot tub was simple to operate and worked well. It was perfect for an early season stay. We spotted dolphins swimming in the ocean from the porch. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Convenient location with short drive to plenty of restaurants and shops.

The location of the property is perfect for a family vacation. Beautiful view and close to restaurants and other attractions. Communication with the host was great! We had an issue getting into the house when we first arrived. I messaged Mike and he got back to me right away! We enjoyed our stay and have been talking about a trip back!

Quiet and close to beach and pier

this was a nice house. we enjoyed the beach views from the porch and hot tub. walking distance to pier and pier restaurant. beds are really showing their age but we were not picky sleepers. Had to make our own beds but I think we read this in the listing. I would stay here again but would hope the beds are refreshed by then.

An Amazing Time on the OBX

Our family of eleven -- with five grandchildren (ages 8-12) -- stayed at the OBX Classic Oceanfront from Monday afternoon through Saturday morning, September 23-28, and were well accommodated by this lovely Vrbo with its private access to the beach. We enjoyed this homebase immensely as our primary vacation experience with the sand, the waves, and the rising of the sun always available -- and with the hot tub and outdoor pool as pluses. Then we took our trips out to lovely experiences -- two lighthouses, The Wright Brothers National Monument, NC Aquarium, the sand dunes, laser tag, and of course wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed making meals together, morning coffees on the deck, and family movies in the evenings. As noted above, everything about our stay was exceptional!

OBX 2024 Family Vacation

We all had the best family vacation ever. Location was perfect and the house was amazing. We were missing a tv remote in the master bedroom and our host had a new one delivered within a few hours. The ice maker was a game changer! If we don't have any additional people next year, we will be back for sure! The only reason that I gave it four stars for cleanliness was because my son in law, who is an HVAC technician noticed some mold on some of the AC registers. I would have never noticed!

Mike and Renee fell in love — both with each other and with the Outer Banks — during their college summers here. Renee worked in local shops and the iconic Captain Frank’s, while Mike was a lifeguard with the Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head beach teams.

Now living in Chesterfield, VA with their kids, Meganne and Max, and dogs Bo and Boomer, they still spend as much time as possible at the beach they love.

Our guest are in love with the house because we try and keep the house a traditional beach cottage feel. Sitting on the back porch watching the sunrise or the porpoises play in the surf. Oceanfront offers it all. South Nags Head is away from all the heavy traffic and the beach is less crowded.

SO MUCH TO DO! Sitting in the hot tub overlooking the ocean is incredible. Or grabbing your fish rod and walking down the beach to the pier. Or taking a break from the beach and relaxing in the hammock at the pool. This house has it all.
