When you envision a picture-perfect vacation, it looks exactly like this. Within walking distance of the beach, modern, fresh, full of amusements, and nestled in a charming coastal town. When you aren't soaking up the sun on Colonial Acres Beach, head for Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, the Melody Tent, Veterans Memorial Park, and one of the town's delicious restaurants, or vibrant shops.

Radiating warm welcomes, as soon as you walk inside your retreat you will be met by a serene color palette, quality furnishings, and ample natural lighting. The spacious living room comes adorned with soft, leather seating, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. The adjacent full kitchen is any chef's dream with its suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and large breakfast bar. When culinary creations are ready to be served, dish up and eat at the formal dining table, or alfresco on one of the sun-soaked patios.

The converted garage is the perfect space to gather for hours of entertainment as it comes equipped with six reclining theater chairs, an arcade gaming system, and a Ping-Pong table.

With four, soft, nautical-themed bedrooms to choose from, each of your loved ones is sure to feel content and comfortable with their sleeping quarters. Off the primary en suite bedroom enjoy a spa-like marble bathroom with dual sinks. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning, high-speed internet, and a private washer/dryer.

Outside, fire up the gas grill and host a sweet summer barbecue in the lush yard. To wrap up the stellar amenities, appreciate having access to beach chairs, a beach buggy, and corn hole.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
No parties, large crowds, weddings, or video-tapping is allowed on the property.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
