There is a large driveway as well for parking cars or boats. Street parking for cars is free and available as well aside from days they street sweep.

The backyard of the home features a modern fire pit area, tanning chairs, string lights, LED cornhole boards with designated turf strip for playing, and water misters along the patio roofing. The inside of the home features an open concept floor plan, tons of games for indoors and outdoors, a huge master bedroom, a large spa-like walk in shower, and flat screen TV's in almost every room.
