This home was custom built by Borges Brooks Builders and professionally designed by Katie Grace Designs with no detail unnoticed (2023). Guests are welcomed to a beautiful living room with plush seating and views of the private pool. The open concept first floor provides ample space for all to gather. The stylish dining table offers seating for 8 guests. The gourmet kitchen, which features top of the line stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and bar stool seating for 4 guests. There is an additional seating area next to the kitchen that is great for late night conversation or reading a nice book. Right off the kitchen is a half bathroom with access to the outdoor space complete with an outdoor shower. The master retreat is on this floor with a king size bed and a private bathroom that features a soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, and two vanity sinks. The laundry room has two washers and dryers.

The second floor welcomes you to a media space with a comfortable couch to enjoy your favorite movie. The first bedroom on this floor features a king size bed and has a balcony. There is a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The three bedrooms on this floor offer king size beds and a private bathroom with walk-in showers. The balcony provides cozy seating and a queen size bed swing that is great for afternoon naps! There is a washer and dryer located on this floor for convenience.

The third floor of this home features a beverage station with an ice maker. Additional seating space for conversation can be found on this floor. The bunk room has two twin beds lofted over a queen size bed. There is a full-size bathroom on this floor with a walk-in shower and steam room. The balcony offers seating with a spiral staircase that leads to the tower. The tower treats you to glimpses of the gulf!

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 6 beach cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
