It's so difficult traveling with Intfants & small children because of all the heavy/bulky items they need for traveling. We have made it easier for you. We will supply you with Pack-n-Play crib/changing table, stroller & baby bathtub (see pics).
Just let us know in advance if you would like to use any of these items. We will leave them out & set them up for you (no additional cost).

➡️ NO PARKING IN DRIVEWAY IF YOUR VEHICLE LEAKS-$100 Fine (pleanty of on street parking in front of Airbnb).
➡️ NO PARTIES = $100 Fine
➡️ NO GLITTER =$100 Fine
➡️ NO PETS = $100 Fine
➡️ NO UN•REGISTERED GUESTS!!
$100 Fine if you invite extra Guests without PRIOR APPROVAL.
➡️ NO LOUD NOISE‐ Please be considerate of our Neighbors. No loud noise before 9am or after 9pm. ESPECIALLY on back Patio.
We use noise sensors (only detects decibel levels, not voices).
➡️CHECK-OUT by 11am or Earlier.
Need a late check-out?.... just ask. IF It is possible to accommodate you, we will. .
IF Late check-out is NOT APPROVED BY HOST= extra $100 fine.
➡️ $50 Additional Guests Fee (After First 2 people).

- 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms have Bunk Beds. These are not kid Bunk Beds with thin uncomfortable mattresses, ohhh no sir!. They are extra sturdy & extra comfortable with NEW 10" mattress' (2023).

We have a strict ZERO tolerance policy regarding NO Parties, NO Smoking inside, NO unregistered guests & NO loud noise' after 9pm.
* We use noise sensors to detect noise levels inside & outside of our home. Conversations are not detected, just sound levels.

*24/7 Security camera's surrounding entire outside of home. To protect your property & ours.


EVENTS:
If you plan on hosting a small "EVENT" at our home (i.e. Business Meetings, Baby/Bridal shower...), we are very flexible. You MUST let us know about your Event *PRIOR* to confirming your reservation (first 2 guests are included in nightly rate. Three & up = additional $10 per person (if not spending the night) EVENTS ONLY!!).
*Same House Rules Apply To Events.

- Master Bedroom=Queen Bed, Roku TV (Netflix, Prime+ lot's of other channels) PLUS Private Bathroom/shower only
- Bedroom #2 = Bunk Bed/Full over Twin-Sleeps 3
- Bedroom #3 = Bunk Bed/Full over Full-Sleeps 4
◼ ANY Missing Keys = Additional $25 fee

⭐ Both Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, large fluffy towels, hairdryer ( Linen closet ).

CDC cleaning & sanitizing policies are taken very seriously!
We'd appreciate your help keeping our home clean & sanitized by taking off your shoes inside (leave them on inside mat).
■ PLEASE bring a "Clean" pair of slippers, sandals, flip flops or shoe covers.
