This stunning 3 bedroom/2 1/2 bathroom Lake House in the gated Country Club Community of April Sound offers a picturesque setting with breathtaking views of Lake Conroe. It features expansive windows, spacious deck with Adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage of your choice.
Our neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, so you will sleep like a baby while you're here.
If you're arriving late and want to have your groceries delivered, your delivery driver will be able to get into the gate to bring your food.

The space
This particular townhouse features three bedrooms on the lower level, providing privacy and tranquility. The upstairs area showcases an open concept living arrangement, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. There is a Day Bed upstairs in the sunroom for sleeping or reading while looking at the lake.

One of the main highlights of this townhouse is the large kitchen, which is equipped with double ovens. This feature allows for more efficient cooking and baking, providing ample space for culinary endeavors. Please Note: Our home is located in Texas, where the warm climate naturally brings a variety of insects and critters, especially in outdoor and lakefront areas. We have regular professional pest control service to keep things in check, but on occasion, you may still see a bug or critter. This is a normal part of life in this region and not a reflection of cleanliness or maintenance. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or discounts for pest sightings.

Security Camera Policy:
For the safety of our guests and property, this home is equipped with a Ring security camera at the front entrance. Tampering with, blocking, covering, or intentionally standing in front of the camera to obscure its view is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to disable or interfere with the camera will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund and may be reported to VRBO for further action.

There are also dining options available within the community, allowing residents to enjoy delicious meals without having to travel far. We are about 40 minutes to Houston. Close enough to the Big City, but staying in the peace and quiet of a gated community.

At April Sound Country Club, members have access to various amenities, including:
Fitness Room: The fitness room is equipped with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, allowing members to engage in cardio workouts, strength training, and other fitness activities.
Pools: The club offers swimming facilities, including adult only pools, wading pool and a pool with a rock wall.
Golf: April Sound Country Club features a golf course where members can enjoy playing rounds of golf.
Tennis: The club offers tennis facilities, including courts where members can play tennis and Pickleball.
