Waterville Valley Luxury Accommodation

Luxury mountainside accommodation in the resort of Waterville Estates. Situated on a beautiful mountainside in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, our immaculate condo features peaceful views while only being a short walk to all the amenities of the Recreation Center. Whether it's hiking, skiing or just relaxing, our "home" offers it all. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, live music, basketball, fishing, a ski lodge, hiking trails and hot tubs are all close by. With sleeping for 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children, our luxurious condo is fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect getaway.

The first floor features a spacious living room with wall TV, electric fireplace and a games area. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities to cook your family meals and leads to a sunny dining room.

A beautiful second living room is located on the third floor and has an electric fireplace and sweeping forest views.

The master bedroom features a queen bed and the second floor has a double bed. Both rooms have comfortable linens and adjoining bathrooms with towels and a hairdryer. If you bring additional friends or the kids with you, they can enjoy the comfort of the third bunk bedroom (maximum weight on top bunk is 150 pounds) which is also located next to the bathroom on the bottom floor.

For guests staying for an extended time there is no need to pack extra clothes as a full-size washer and dryer in the condo will take care of your vacation laundry.

Ample parking is available onsite. . While enjoying our "home", you will have access to one guest pass to the Recreation Center and all of its facilities. Guest pass holder may purchase additional day passes for people in their party

Public will have access to outdoor bar, deck, and lounge only after 6PM

Mountain View is always open to the public

The Ski Lodge offers day and night skiing. Lift tickets are
$15 per session
$40 all day
