Beach House -huoneistot ovat upea perheen keidas, jossa hiekkarannat sijaitsevat vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ etuovelta. TÀmÀ on pieni, porteilla varustettu kompleksi, joka soveltuu kaiken ikÀisille lapsiperheille. NeljÀnnessÀ kerroksessa oma parveke on tÀydellinen rentoutumiseen auringonnousua katsellessasi tai "ihmisille, jotka seuraavat" rantajoukkoja.

PÀivitetty graniitti työtasot kaikkialla ja uusimmat mukavuudet, meidÀn 3 makuuhuoneen huoneisto tarjoaa sinulle kaikki kodin ylellisyydet. Makuuhuoneesta on nÀköala rannalle king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. TÀssÀ kylpyhuoneessa on kaksoisallas, ylimitoitettu kaakeloitu suihku ja runsaasti sÀilytys- / vaatetilaa. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi tÀysikokoista vuodetta, amoire ja silti runsaasti tilaa liikkua. (TÀmÀ tekee tÀydellisen teini-ikÀisen paratiisin). Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, tyynypatja ja sÀilytyspaikka. Toinen tÀysi kylpyamme on pois pÀÀasiallisesta asuintilasta; erinomaisella paikalla toisen makuuhuoneen, kolmannen makuuhuoneen ja oleskelutilan vÀlillÀ.

Tilavassa perhehuoneessa on lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat, joista on nÀkymÀt rannalle / merelle. TÀstÀ huoneesta tulevat lasiovet ja makuuhuone johtavat parvekkeelle nauttimaan kauniista texas-auringonnoususta. Nahkasohvat, taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin tekevÀt myöhÀisillan elokuvista (popcorn valinnainen).

Rakastamme kokata, joten keittiömme uusittiin tÀtÀ ajatellen. Mukautetut kaapit, graniittitasot ja valkoiset kodinkoneet pitÀvÀt keittiön iloisena avoimen konseptin avulla perhe-tv-huoneeseen.

TÀmÀ asunto, joka on kotimme poissa kotoa, on suunniteltu uudelleen rannalla kÀvijöiden mielestÀ. Sisustus on kirkas, terÀvÀ ja todellinen Texan-tyyli. MeillÀ on tÀÀllÀ monia upeita muistoja perheen ja ystÀvien kanssa, toivomme, ettÀ vierailusi on yhtÀ ihana.

Tired old condo w/seemingly no upkeep

The location of this condo is excellent, but that's about it. Overall, the place is not in good shape. It was dirty when we checked in..e.g., the trashcan was full of empty beer cans, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the cabinets and walls look like they haven't been cleaned in years. After a long drive, we didn't enjoy having to clean up after the last guest :( In general, it seems like no one really cares about the guest experience here. The condo had 4/11 lightbulbs in the living room out, which made playing cards and eating dinner at the tiny table ambient but not ideal! The TV was not set up and none of remote controls for the living room TV worked (we have 2 teenagers, so it definitely wasn't us!) After about 45 minutes of trying to figure out what was wrong, we finally discovered a TV in the master bedroom with a remote that worked. If you just want to go to the beach, this place will do. I've never stayed in a Motel 6 before, but this is what I imagine it would be like, but this unit is a bit less clean and with fewer basics in good working order than I'd imagine even in a Motel 6.

Wonderfully family friendly & private

The photos don’t do this condo justice. Wonderful comfortable accommodations (and the memory foam on beds were a delight) with spectacular views and pool and ocean at your fingertips. Friendly property manager with quick answers and results. Both pools were crystal clean and almost always to ourselves. Will definitely be communing back to this location.

Three-day weekend getaway

Awesome three-room beachfront apartment right in the heart of South Padre Island.Stellar view of the water, a full kitchen to cook meals in, with the perfect location: could easily walk to the local supermarket and some other nice local eateries.The pools and hottub were a great bonus. Spent the days at the beach and late afternoons/early evenings in the pool.Looking forward to staying again.

Great location!

The condo was a great location, was not cleaned before we got there, there was dead roach on floor, popcorn on floor under furniture, dishwasher didn’t work, washing machine leaked leading to getting a bunch of clothes wet in the room, front door needs some work, with the constant wind in spi and the door not sealed it lead to a very loud whistle sound, water pressure in kitchen sink was minimal making it difficult to do dishes since the dishwasher didn’t work, great views of the gulf from the condo, easy access to the gulf, pool and hot tub where nice, great property,host was responsive to questions, the condo just needs some upkeep and it would be a great place to bring the family again

Birthday weekend with family

Dr requested I rest and what better way to do that on my birthday weekend at the beach with my family. It was nice and quiet while they hung at the beach. I have a babit of cleaning when we arrive just because we've had some instances where the property wasn't cleaned properly. I have a toddler that plays with cars and rolls them everywhere so a good sweep is usually needed. Well we fould a few things I'm glad he didn't a bag of someone's medication a balled up napkin and a tissue. Some sand but that was expected thats stuff is hatd to get all up. Other than those couple of items place was a good find for our five day stay. The kids had a great time and I got to enjoy some.quiet time listening to the waves from the balcony every morning for sunrise.

Glorious time at the beach!

We enjoyed renting this condo so much. We are a family with 5 kids and there were plenty of toys and boogie boards for all. Teri was extremely kind and always replied right away to all questions. The view from the Balcony was amazing with the sea breeze blowing in and the sound of waves. Only upgrade would be making the main area TV into a smart TV as we had to use our own cords to hook up our laptop to watch streaming, but the bedroom TV was a smart TV so it was quite easy. There is a crock pot and George Foreman grill plus a full kitchen, so cooking was a breeze. I wish this property had a gas or charcoal grill, but we did just fine without and still had hamburgers and hotdogs cooked in the kitchen. Thank you for everything! We highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing beach vacation!

Sadly disappointed

We had high hopes for this trip as this was our first visit to Texas. The beach was very close but it was extremely dirty with trash and clumps of oil everywhere. The oil ruined three pairs of flip flops as we were unaware that this was a problem for these beaches. There were so many jellyfish washing on shore we didn’t feel our children could safely play in the water. This is not any fault of the owner but thought it needed mentioned. The pool was dated and also not super clean looking (it could have been staining) but definitely could use some care to keep it nice. The condo was also very dated. Several areas of the texture on the ceiling were cracked and peeling/hanging off. The paint on the windowsills and baseboard appeared to be worn off. There was staining randomly on walls throughout the condo and heavy dust on decor and air duct vents and a very large dead bug in the light fixture of the bath fan in the master bathroom. Two days into our stay we were surprised to see a very large cockroach crawling across our bedroom floor at night. Needless to say this made sleeping there difficult. We contacted the owner the next day. We were told they regularly spray but the property manager would be contacted to come out and spray again. This never happened and we never heard anything else from anyone. The patio furniture was rusted badly. Lights were not properly fixed to the ceiling. The list goes on, overall very disappointing and would not come back.

Great location right on the beach!

We have stayed at Beach House properties for close to 20 years now. This particular unit was pretty comprable to the rest. The property manager is nice and helpful. The location of the property is awesome and the path to the beach is well maintained. This unit had a few things that need to be replaced. The microwave beeped incessantly, and rarely worked. I had to turn off the ice machine in the refrigerator as it leaked when it was trying to make ice. The dishwasher starts and runs for about 1-2 minutes and then completely stops. I do question the cleaning of the unit as we found multiple empty coke bottles and even a coke bottle of cigarette butts on the patio. Overall we would stay here again.

The property is great, condo is nice but needs deep cleaning

The owner communicates really well. The property is conveniently located on the beach ⛱ and you can walk down right down to the water or even local restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, plates, silverware, pots, pans, drink ware, coffee maker and blender even a crackpot. The bathrooms have soap, shampoo and conditioner...most condos do not offer this. The only draw back is that this unit needs a deep cleaning as we saw lots of hair, small bugs in the drawers and spiders in the bed.

25 anniversary getaway

This was a great property in an ideal location. We were 2-3 blocks from everything we could want. For the trips any further, a $7 Uber ride got us there and back. The property was just as described and the beach views could not be beat. The entire property was well maintained, the pools spotless. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway while still being close to the nightlife, I would highly recommend this property. The owner was great for communication as well. 5 stars!!

Great beach getaway!

Great location which was convenient for our short family beach getaway. The apartment was great. I was glad I read earlier reviews and brought a bigger folding table for our family of six to eat at and play games. The other table is very small. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy for us to cook our own meals. I'd certainly stay here again.

Christmas Getaway

This condo was perfect for my family’s Christmas getaway. The location was close to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store right around the corner. The kitchen was well stocked and I had everything I needed to prepare our holiday meals. The best advantage was the close proximity to the beach which allowed early morning viewings of the sunrise in our pajamas! Teri was friendly and available to answer questions. The fourth bed made this trip perfect for my three kids. I will definitely choose this unit again!

Beautiful Views!

Beautiful views from this condo! The pools here are the best I have seen at similar condo buildings. They are clean and large and nice and deep - up to 8 feet in one pool! The owner was super helpful right away with the questions we had upon arrival. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards
 available to use. And you can also order chair and umbrella service set up for you!

Great location and amenities

We had a great time. The condo is on the beach, just a very short walk to the shoreline. Overall clean and well-equipped with little extras that really made the trip. Teri was very responsive to questions. The pools were nice and clean, and the spray hose to clean off from the beach was conveniently located.

Very nice

The condo was very nice with a beautiful view of and easy walk to the ocean. There was a bit of noise from the people in the condo above us but nothing we couldn’t live with. The kids enjoyed the pools. The water at the beach was gorgeous on clear days, beautiful blue green and clear. We had a very nice stay!

Great place to stay!!

This is a wonderful place right on the beach!! Our family had a great time! Fully stocked kitchen, updated interior, and super comfy beds, as well as everything you need for the beach! Terri was fast in responding to any concerns and Juan the manager was on top of things!!

Excellent location

The property is lovely and very well maintained. The pools, pool deck, and grounds were clean, manicured, and inviting. The property manager was friendly and visible throughout the week. Check in information was clear and helpful. I would recommend Beach House property to others.

Great location, nice property, condo needs attention

This condo is in a great, central spot on the island, which we loved! Very close access to the beach with a great view from the balcony! Property itself is nicely maintained, with gated parking, nice clean pool area, clean elevator, outdoor hose sprayer for cleaning feet, etc. The condo owner, Teri, was very nice and excellent as far as communication, easily reached by text, which I appreciated. As for the condo itself, it's very spacious. Plenty of space for my family of 7, and we really appreciated all the sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards already there for our use. A few necessities were missing, such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. There are several stores close by to grab these items, but they should've already been in the condo. More than just a between-rentals flip, someone really needs to come into this condo and do a deep cleaning in the kitchen and take stock of what is there versus what should be there. (For example, there are approximately 57 knives to use, but not a single dish cloth; a million drinking glasses but an odd hodgepodge of dishes.) Many items in the kitchen were dirty and needed to be washed before use, but the owner told me a new cleaning service is going to be better about this going forward, so perhaps future renters won't have that issue. As far as the beds, the king bed in the master is very soft and lumpy so not very comfortable, but we did okay. The two full-sized beds in one of the other rooms are an older wooden box base style, and if you do rent this condo, please take this piece of advice from me: before everyone bangs their knees and shins into the giant exposed wooden corners (and you will), take a bath towel for each bed and shove it under the corner of the mattress to hold it over the bed corner. Your knees and shins will thank me. Another reviewer mentioned a lack of towels. We had plenty of bath towels, no issue there. (You will need to bring your own beach towels.) More kitchen towels and certainly a dish cloth or two for wiping down the counter throughout the week wouldve been appreciated. One last item I'd mention is kitchen seating. There are a few barstools and then a very small table that will tightly seat 4. However, if youre coming with a bigger group like mine that likes to play cards together or sit down to eat together, you can't. With these suggested fixes, this would be a 5 star place! We really did have a great time!

My husband and I have grown up with the love of the beach, sun and fishing. Now our girls share this love and we always have a 'home' at Padre Island to spend family time at every year. The beach inform of our condos does not get overly crowed since there IS NOT a close public beach access.

The Beach House Condominium is on a quiet, less congested part of the beach. That is why we chose to but there. Zoom in on the map and you would take a right on E. Bahama St to Gulf Blvd and the Condominium Complex is right in front of you on, 3400 Gulf Blvd. Beautiful and Relaxing!!
