About this space
Bella Vita is an adorable condo just steps away from the 7 mile plus sandy beach, and in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad train station. Rockaway Beach is a great place to stay as you explore state parks, hiking, whale watching, fishing, boating, crabbing and many festivals held throughout the year. Start your day with coffee on the balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean, or spend a quiet evening enjoying the sunset from your very own power recliner.
The space
There are 2 bedrooms with a queen in the master, a double and twin in the spare. Both rooms are equipped with a ROKU TV, side tables, ceiling fans, and a dresser. You have access to a pack and play (no additional mattress or sheets provided). The living room is complete with the two power recliners, a couch that makes a comfortable queen bed, a large cable connected TV and a fireplace (heat source that does not get hot to the touch).
There are 2 bathrooms, the master has a shower and the spare has a tub with shower. Towels, sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and soap are available.
The kitchen is well stocked with nonstick pots, pans, baking sheets and plenty of dishes for all. There are plastic dishes for little ones and enough for a family picnic during a hike or at the beach. There is a kitchen island with bar stools and a dining table, microwave, Keurig Duo coffee machine, dishwasher, washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods and/or powder and dish soap as well as beach towels and beach toys.
Guest access
The entire condo is yours for your stay. It is located on the fifth floor. There is an elevator that will take you from the second floor (parking garage level 2 for our parking spaces) to the fifth.
Other things to note
Check in is 4 pm and check out is 11 am. We ask that you be on time for check out to give us time to clean for our next guests.
