Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen merenranta huoneisto sijaitsee kristallinkirkas näköala Tyynenmeren ja Neah-Kah-Nie-vuorelle lattiasta kattoon ulottuvista olohuoneen ikkunoista!

Kun king-vuode makuuhuoneessa, kahden hengen kerrossänky toisessa makuuhuoneessa ja vuodesohva olohuoneessa, huoneisto on mukavasti nukkumassa kuusi vierasta. Kaksi kylpyhuonetta on sisustettu hienolla laatta, ja niissä on lasiset, suihkukaapit, joissa kylpyamme on isossa kylpyammeessa. Master-sviitissä on myös oma parveke!

Suuri taulutelevisio olohuoneessa tarjoaa suuren sisätilojen viihteen ja hyvin varustetussa keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset gourmet-aterian valmistamiseksi. Sinulla on jopa WiFi kuunnella musiikkia, kun kypsät!

Laadukkaalla kaapilla, graniitti työtasoilla, kruunupuristuksella ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuissa laitteissa huoneisto on mukava ja ylellinen.

Beautiful little hidden gem!

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean, the view of the ocean is amazing from the living room, the balcony is great, the windows open to the ocean and you are literal steps to what seems like your own private beach! Rockaway Beach is not busy, and a great home-base to explore the coast from. The only issue we had was that the deadbolt was tricky to use to get into the unit--we struggled every time! Once they replace it it'll be a 10/10 perfect vacation rental.

We have come to this rental complex often over the past 5 years because of its proximity to a quiet beach and the incredible views. I have to say the upkeep has definitely gone down hill. Most of these units are managed by Vacasa and while their local maintenance team (Kelly specifically) are on top of minor things that need fixing, this stay wasn't our best. One of the main windows was broken and would not open, the other one was so hard to open, it seemed that it would break if forced. This is an ongoing problem in this complex and the excuse is always the same (cannot get the parts). We're talking at least 2 years they have been "waiting for the parts". Cleaning is not the greatest either. We had dirty sheets on one bed, the comforter had burn holes on it in the main bedroom and the washer smelled strongly like mold. There were multiple dishes we had to re wash because there was food all over them and there was dog hair on the couch. They were also re-doing the roof while we were there, so for 3 days we listened to pounding and drilling on the roof (this is something Vacasa should have warned us about). The first time we came here years ago, you could use the elevators that each unit has, but these have all been turned off and shuttered permanently. They must not want to fix them? This unit is all about the view and you cannot get a better view or beach on this part of the Oregon Coast I feel. So just know you are paying for this... not so much the upkeep of the units.

Great view but wouldn’t rent this unit again.

The view is incredible. That made it worth it. However there were crumbs on the chairs and most of the pots/pans had dried food on them still. The bed sheets on the master were rough and the top blanket had a burn hole in it. The view was great and everything there worked but I wouldn’t rent this condo again. It seems to me like someone bought it purely for investment and never actually stays here. Also the entire building was getting a new roof the whole week we were there. Vacasa did call to warn us parking may be challenging when we arrive. All the noise from that was not pleasant and had I known that was happening when I booked I would have picked a different place. We still had a lot of fun at the beach and my kids weren’t bothered by anything other than the crumbs on the kitchen chairs.

Very nice unit and perfect right on the beach. Bring your food, closest grocery shopping in Tillamook and local restaurants are pretty limited. Great for this retired couple and dog to spend time reading and enjoying the coast!

Great View, Problems with Appliance

We have stayed at this condo many times and always had positive experiences! I have always left positive reviews, however this stay had a few issues. Upon check-in there was a puddle of water in front of the refrigerator. I cleaned it up and didn’t think much of it. By the next morning, more water had accumulated and it became evident that the refrigerator was not functioning (the ice from the freezer had leaked onto the floor). We had purchased and brought a lot of refrigerated food to cook over our 4 day stay, and all of our meat and dairy items had to be thrown out. It was a big expense to go repurchase our food, and we lost a few hours of our vacation time dealing with this. The managers did bring in a temporary replacement fridge right away, which helpful, but no apologies or compensation for our losses.

Great beachside place for a small family.

We had a blast at this property. It was very clean on arrival, much bigger than anticipated and beach access was so easy. The beach was not busy (off season), which was great. Not much going on in Rockaway, but the property was a great! Would highly recommend it for a quiet trip for a small family!

Stairway to heaven

The views are outstanding. The heated floors made the stay very comfortable. We were both pleased and satisfied with this rental. Also appreciated the covered parking. As with any vacation rental, this place could use some TLC and updating.

Nice place but dirty

Fun place with a great view of the ocean but this place was dirty. Looked like they did not clean it after the last renters as crumbs and dirt were everywhere. Not to mention all the hair on the floors, sinks, and even in the bed! I received a call from the Vacasa manager that I missed but I called back within 5 minutes. I had to leave a message but no return phone call back. This place needs to have a serious deep clean and some TLC. Window was still broken and the shower did not drain. Very disappointed as we thought we would try a new place in Rockaway. Won’t come back.

What a view!

We love this beach. The home was comfy and good location. Even the stairs weren't too bad. Will likely try for next year! Love Rockaway Beach!!! And those sunsets!l And hardly no rain this year!l Yay!!!!

Very spacious condo with amazing views of the Pacific on the beautiful Oregon Coast. Very private location, right on the beach. We had a great time.

The view from this condo is spectacular! When I stayed there, the beach was never crowded. I loved watching dogs and kids playing in the sand and surf. This is a good place to go to relax, get away from crowds and let the ocean wash away your cares

Best view of ocean

I loved the view of the ocean from this condo! The beach was wonderful - not a lot of people on it. It was a peaceful stay. The only downside were the bunk beds. They weren’t very sturdy for adults to climb up to the top bunk. I think they would be great for little kids, though. There are 3 parking spots, 2 are covered, one is part of overflow parking. The condo is located right on the beach. It had a short trail to the beach. This was the most beautiful stay I’ve been to. When the mist rolls off the ocean, it is a stunning sight. The condo is located close to the Jetty Fishery (a fun, ‘do it yourself’, crabbing experience). There’s a grocery store, the next town over, that has everything you could need. It has more than just groceries. There was clothing, pharmacy, household items and more.

Beautiful location, suite needs maintenance.

Communication with Vacasa excellent, had problem accessing suite due to worn out defective door lock. Communicated to property manager who made commitments that were unfulfilled. Property maintenance attended and made all reasonable efforts to solve problem, but entrance lock was difficult to manage throughout visit. Windows in great room not functioning, one marked as defective and awaiting parts, other not able to open. This suite seems to suffer from a lack of investment in maintenance. The property manager from Vacasa was responsive and appropriately dispatched property maintenance staff who were outstanding to deal with, but seemed hamstrung by lack of ability to access parts or replacement items for disappointing defects with the suite. Wonderful location with stunning beach access, I would return but look for a different suite at the same location.

Perfect weekend

This might be our new favorite coastal rental. The giant windows gave room for perfect views, beach access was so easy, and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. While we were disappointed that town was a bit too far to be walkable, it was a reasonable compromise for such a gem of a rental. We can't wait to come back!

View and Location!

View is everything you'd ever want at the ocean, and the quick access down to the sand is exactly what we were looking for. We had a little issue with the CO2 sensor battery, and management was right on the spot and got back to us quickly. Very dog friendly spot too!
