The unit was beautiful! It was amazing to be greeted by the beautiful ocean the minute you walk in the door and we saw a whale within minutes of looking out the windows. The beds were beyond comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the things you may need during your stay. The best part of this place…the view! We spent hours watching the waves and whales.

Overall a very nice condo. The only items we had of concern was the master sink drained slowly, the TV in the front bedroom wouldn’t power up and 2 of the 3 beds had sand in them…..not sure if the sheets were changed from the previous rental.

Enjoyed being right on the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The living room and kitchen were well supplied and had views right on the ocean. Easy walk to Depoe Bay downtown area.

Great Stay

Beautiful condo with amazing views. We really enjoyed our stay here! Clean upon arrival other than the deck outside had some crumbs. Only small issue is we didn’t have enough beach towels for all of us. They provided 4 and I also thought it was odd we couldn’t take them off the premises to a beach. Not a ton of things to use in the kitchen but we got by. The dishwasher top rack was broken and they let us know when we arrived. Also we didn’t realize this set of condos is the farthest from town so it was a bit more of a walk than we thought. Otherwise communication was great and we had a wonderful time.

Great place to stay!

We all loved this location. The stay was wonderful! Even though we had a malfunctioning dishwasher, the staff was great about communication. I was sad that the pool and hot tub were under repair and so we couldn't use them. However, I would definitely stay here afain!

The condo was wonderful! Clean, comfortable & spacious with everything we needed. We were lucky to have amazing weather that week. Enjoyed watching the sea lions and yes, we saw whales everyday! I would happily rent this unit again.

Great rental. One issue

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo, for the most part. Kitchen was well appointed. Tons of towels and toiletries, which were a huge plus. Amazing view and cozy beds. Only downfall were the flies. The balcony was covered in flies our entire stay. Could rarely sit outside and enjoy the view. If we opened the back door, flies flew into the condo. I contacted the property manager and was told theyd be in touch to resolve. Never heard back. Great condo, just bring bug spray.

Not worth it

The unit has a great view if you like to sit in a bird pooped patio with unsafe flimsy chairs. The 3 bedrooms have uncomfortable beds, overly soft, and will give you a good backache. The dirty bedding had crusty matter that was gross and my family had allergic reactions to the bedding, mildew, and mold found in the bathroom and bedrooms. In addition The TV cable box in the living room did not work and I received no response on the tv when the host was informed by text. There is no air conditioning. At the end of our stay, the remedy was not sufficient by offering 10% on a future 2 night stay. Giving this a 1 star rating, but would rather give it a zero.

It was amazing!!

The views were spectacular!! We watched whales right from the balcony. The unit had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. We traveled up and down the coast visiting many different scenic areas and our home base was perfectly located. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

- A huge sea wall runs the length of the downtown area which enables visitors to shop or dine always within view of the ocean. This is the only town on the entire coast with this amenity. Waves run beneath lava beds and build pressure to spout water as high as 60 feet into the air. These are known as spouting horns and are visible during turbulent seas and stormy weather. Year round enjoy amazing crashing waves and you cannot miss experiencing the King Tides each winter season with the highest tides and waves of the year!
• World's Smallest Navigable Harbor
- Depoe Bay has the smallest natural navigable harbor in the world consisting of six square acres. Because of the proximity to the ocean, fishermen or whale watchers can be from dockside to viewing or fishing in a matter of minutes.

The Village at North Pointe Condominium complex is located at the north end of Depoe Bay, which is approximately 11 miles south of Lincoln City and 13 miles north of Newport. Traveling from Portland, take Hwy 99W towards Lincoln City (Oregon Coast), follow signs to the coast and that will put you onto Hwy 18, head toward Lincoln City and that will put you onto Hwy 101 (heading South). Stay on Hwy 101 South through Lincoln City 11 miles to Depoe Bay. Look for the “The Village at North Pointe” sign. (The bike path is on the north side right before the entrance.) Parking is provided within the complex parking lot and along the highway.
