The Space:
Enjoy the privacy of oceanfront Coastal Breakers, our central first floor unit at The Village at North Pointe. Take in the panoramic views of the waves and whales from your living/dining "great room" design. Concrete patio with unobstructed views without a railing and a personal BBQ for grilling up amazing meals and making your outdoor living area truly amazing while enjoying the gorgeous oceanfront views!

Large dining room table and beautiful kitchen with updated appliances and eating bar provide for great conversation and a breathtaking view. Bring your family and friends as this beautiful unit sleeps up to 8 guests* and enjoy Coastal Breakers together in the dining and living room, and relax in the beautifully appointed bedrooms with luxurious linens.


*Additional Guests: The property is offered for up to 6 guests, but available for up to 8 guests, with the 7th & 8th guests at $15.00/night in addition to the seasonal nightly rate. Guest agrees if booking is established for 7 or 8 guests, nightly rate will be adjusted after booking has been submitted based on number of guests.

- Your visit to Depoe Bay is sure to be a memorable one. There is a resident pod of grey whales which makes its home off Depoe Bay from March through December. Visitors from everywhere come to whale watch either from the new Whale Watch Center, the many shore observation spots or you can take a charter out for a closer look.
- Whale Watching Season: April-October
• Crashing Waves, Spouting Horns & King Tides
- A huge sea wall runs the length of the downtown area which enables visitors to shop or dine always within view of the ocean. This is the only town on the entire coast with this amenity. Waves run beneath lava beds and build pressure to spout water as high as 60 feet into the air. These are known as spouting horns and are visible during turbulent seas and stormy weather. Year round enjoy amazing crashing waves and you cannot miss experiencing the King Tides each winter season with the highest tides and waves of the year!
• World's Smallest Navigable Harbor
- Depoe Bay has the smallest natural navigable harbor in the world consisting of six square acres. Because of the proximity to the ocean, fishermen or whale watchers can be from dockside to viewing or fishing in a matter of minutes.

Getting Around:
The Village at North Pointe Condominium complex is located at the north end of Depoe Bay, which is approximately 11 miles south of Lincoln City and 13 miles north of Newport. Traveling from Portland, take Hwy 99W towards Lincoln City (Oregon Coast), follow signs to the coast and that will put you onto Hwy 18, head toward Lincoln City and that will put you onto Hwy 101 (heading South). Stay on Hwy 101 South through Lincoln City 11 miles to Depoe Bay. Look for the “The Village at North Pointe” sign. (The bike path is on the north side right before the entrance.) Parking is provided within the complex parking lot and along the highway.

Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
