The house boasts three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The garage includes a washer and dryer, and the backyard is an ideal spot to relax and unwind. You'll have your choice of a charcoal or gas BBQ grill, and the driveway can accommodate up to three cars, but there is also ample free street parking available.

More than just the house

Wow! This place was a total surprise. We loved the house, but the truly amazing piece of this property is the backyard with three distinct hang out areas - and the best is the gazebo! With 5 different comfy chairs, we spent most of our time while at the house out there. I highly recommend anyone that really wants to have a good chat with four other people stay at this place.

Nice home with gazebo and beautiful yard

Check in was easy. Beds were comfortable. Shower good. Plenty of room for a family. Kitchen was a bit small, but we made it work for cooking breakfasts. We loved being in the gazebo and the wonderful yard. Looks well loved. If we had needs they were quick to reply.

Cute and Clean House, Close to Everything

We had a great time during our stay. This house is listed as "Cozy Home in Arroyo Grande" and it is absolutely true. House was very clean, kitchen stocked with everything you need, and the backyard was a huge plus. The front and backyard are beautifully landscaped and very enjoyable to read or sit and enjoy the sun. I am tempted to book another stay in two weeks just so I can see both of the cherry blossom trees in bloom- it will be magical! Each of our kids had their own room and it is a nice setup- two rooms and a bathroom up front with a master and it's own bathroom in the back of the house. We used the garage to store our bikes and noticed that they are fully stocked with beach necessities as well- very thoughtful touch. Through VRBO, we hadn't received final check-in procedure, but the host answered the phone immediately and helped to get everything squared away. There is a nice shopping center closeby and it's an easy drive into Pismo as well. A large, open park with a dog park is within walking distance as well. This house is near a busy 4-way stop intersection and can be noisy during the day but it quiets down at night. We would definitely stay here again!

The host responded to our questions very quickly. The yard was a a ing! The back bathtub needs to be repaired. You are unable to take a bath.The tile also needs to be repaired in the same bathroom.

Great Arroyo Grande house! Had absolutely everything we needed. Clean, nicely decorated. Back yard was magical. Perfect for dogs or kids. House is on a fairly busy street, but when you're in the beautiful yard, you don't notice it. Would definitely stay again and recommend for families.

Nice Layout, Bonus Backyard & Gazebo.

Living-room, dining-room and fully equipped Kitchen have an open floorpan that works well. One end of the house has two bedrooms with an updated shared bathroom. In the opposite end of the house is another bedroom and a separate full bathroom. The entrance and front yard are nicely decorated and landscaped. There is a large, private backyard containing three separate seating areas, BBQ grill and heated Gazebo. The entire back yard is beautifully landscaped and has solar lighting. The glass enclosed Gazebo contains five oversized stuffed chairs...perfect to enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages. We were impressed with all the thoughtful details and would stay again.

Wonderful Stay in an Adorable Home

The home was exactly as listed. The home was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for my family. The backyard was amazing with plenty of room for entertainment, and was a unique feature to our stay. The only unfortunate thing was our stay was too short. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely place to stay!

I would absolutely recommend this location if you are looking for a place to stay on the central coast. Clean, comfortable, homey house, gorgeous front and backyard, and safe for the dog. As others have said, the gazebo is awesome- perfect for a morning cup of coffee or relaxing at night. Close to restaurants, gas, and grocery stores. I can see this working well for a family with kids, too! Property manager was friendly and responded to questions quickly, and checkout was a breeze.

Great home base for Exploring the area

We had an extended family vacation and the house was great for our needs. The backyard was also very inviting and beautiful... the screened in patio was a hit with the teenagers in the group.When an issue did pop up on the property the owner was very prompt in contacting us and making sure we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend!

Excellent place to stay

Every year I take the grandkids to the coast before school starts. This place was beyond perfect. Check in and check out were a breeze. The place was spotless. The gazebo is enclosed with a heater which was nice in the cool mornings. Enough parking for both cars. We grilled the first night and starting it was easy. All the comforts of home and also loved the coffee bar. They have a keurig and regular coffee. We will definitely be back!!!!!
