Sijainti:

Villa Noor sijaitsee kauniilla Karibian kaakkoisrannikolla Costa Rican rannalla ja Gandoca-Manzanillon villieläinsuojelualueella. Se on täydellinen paikka absoluuttiseen rauhallisuuteen. Villa Noorilla on yksityinen pääsy upealle koskemattomalle rannalle, ja se sijaitsee 5 hehtaarin trooppisessa puutarhassa, josta löytyy jättiläisiä sademetsäpuita, pieni puro, lintuja, iguaaneja, ulvovia apinoita ja muita villieläinlajeja.

Talo:

Villa Noorissa on kaikki modernin talon hyödykkeet: Wi-Fi, älytelevisio (Netflix), täysin varustettu keittiö, kuuma vesi jne. Kiinteistöllä on oma yksityinen tie päästäksesi hiekkaiseen melkein autioksi rantaan (vain 100 metriä - alle 5 minuutin kävelymatka). Talossa on 2 kerrosta (220m2) ja siihen mahtuu 12 henkilöä. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta, joissa parivuode, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, tilava avoin oleskelu- / ruokailutila sohvalla, nojatuolit, plasmatelevisio jne. Lisäksi siellä on ruokailutila, johon mahtuu 12 ihmistä. Keittiössä on jääkaappi, uunit, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, kattilat, ruokailuvälineet, posliini jne. Toisessa kerroksessa on vielä 2 makuuhuonetta: toisessa queen + sänky ja toisessa huoneessa parivuode. Käytävässä on toinen sänky ja kolmas kylpyhuone. Nautit ehdottomasti tilavasta jäähdytetystä terassista, josta on kauniit näkymät trooppiseen puutarhaan, 2 riippumattoa ja mukavat istuimet.

Läheiset kylät ja aktiviteetit:

Manzanillo ja Puerto Viejo ovat ainutlaatuinen Karibian sekoitus paikallisia Costa Rican ihmisiä, jamaikalaisia jälkeläisiä, alkuperäiskansoja, maailmanlaajuisia ulkomaalaisia, turisteja, surffaajia, reppumatkailijoita jne. Alueen ilmapiiri ja energia on hyvin rento ja rento.
Manzanillo (600m) on pieni kalastajakylä, jossa on muutamia ravintoloita, ruokakauppoja ja pieniä putiikkeja. Varmista, ettet unohda Manzanillon kuuluisaa meren antimiravintolaa: Maxi's. I'm the Hero

It's my wifes 50th birthday & she wanted beach time & this property delivered!!! It's a really short walk from the house to the beach & what an amazing beach with the boat right infront as you walk out on the beach!!! We had our adult kids & their spouses & the house worked perfect fir all 7 if us. Things to note: there's no AC in the house but with the fans in the rooms it cooled it down enough that we slept fine. During the day we were out on the beach or doing excursions. I asked the clan if they'd stay there again & all 6 said YES!!! The property manger was great! Answered all our questions, got us extra towels, & was super friendly. Note that plumbing is not the same as in the U.S. so the drinkable wster was only in the kitchen. Not a big deal. The cost of the house was worth every penny & again that beach access from the house was AMAZING!!

The property is Gorgeous! Surrounded with native plants, flowers and GREAT people. The owner was always prompt on communicating and managers were friendly and humble. Definitely going back! It felt like HOME!

This is the third time we stay. We love coming here every year.

We love the privacy of the house. Being surrounded by 5 acres of forest is what does it for us. We like to sit upstairs drink or coffee in the morning here to holler monkeys and on the little beautiful animals around. I definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Amazing & perfect for kids

We loved our stay at Villa Noor. The house and grounds are beautiful, well-maintained and private. We loved sitting in the hammocks spotting animals (bring binoculars!). We saw two types of monkeys, parrots and a toucan. Cindy and her husband were very nice and helpful. The beach is absolutely perfect for kids. Gentle waves, not too deep with perfect sand. You can walk to the National Park too. I really cannot imagine a better place to stay - it was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica.

One of the Best in Manzanillo!

A great spacious place on an amazing property. Lots of room and an amazing beach out front. The place was secure and felt safe with the care takers on site. They kept to themselves but were available to answer questions if needed. The owners phone number is by the phone and he was available within a reasonable amount of time too. The internet was also a nice touch. Lots of cool wildlife on the property each morning too. I would definitely stay at Villa Noor again!

Villa Noor

My family and I had a wonderful 2 week stay at Villa Noor. We chose to stay here based off of location which did not disappoint! Some of the highlights of our stay was watching the wildlife from the house (monkeys, sloths, blue morpho butterflies, birds, etc.) and then of course the beach. The house had plenty of space for my husband, myself, our 4 young kids and my mom. The house could use a little maintenance (window screens and screen doors were broken) and a good deep clean. However, I would definitely stay here again! Few things to note: the caretaker, Cindy who lives on the property, was great! She always responded promptly to my messages (she does not speak any English). There is another (small) rental property onsite so there are other people using the path to and from the beach. The path to the beach was frequently underwater so we would have to wade through it. The beach in front of the property has a strong rip tide. My kids enjoyed buggy boarding in that area but if they wanted to swim we would head down the beach towards town. There is a small grocery store within walking distance to Villa Noor which was convenient. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would go back!

Beautiful Beach Front

The oceanfront Villa Noor Oceanfront house is on a beautiful piece of property on a beautiful beach. We loved the outdoor covered porch and the jungle sounds. The owner/manager Omar was nice and easy to deal with and responded quickly. The house is reflected in the pictures as shown. The house is nicely built with lots of teak wood. The property is beautiful. The downfall is the roaches inside the house. I realize that it is a jungle home and there are a lot of bugs in the jungle, but this was in excess, roaches jumping out of the silverware drawers, etc when opened. We had to pre-wash everything before we used the utensils, plates, etc. The other jungle house I rented did not have roaches, so it is possible to not have them in your jungle home and some care needs to be taken to eradicate the roaches. There are two dogs on site. I am a total dog lover! The little one belongs to the caretakers, and the other is a large mix bread, Smokey, who was chained up when we arrived. The caretakers advised Smokey is chained up because some people are afraid of him. I asked the owner/manager Omar if the dog could be let off the chain. He was kind enough to let the caretakers take Smokey off the chain and once off he was a happy guy that followed us to the beach with no problems. He is a good dog but can jump up and if you have little children this could knock them down or frighten them. Smokey may be required to be chained during your stay if you are afraid of dogs. So glad he was off his chain during our stay. The caretakers, Cynthia and her husband, are very nice. I do not speak Spanish and Cynthia does not speak English. However, with apps on our Iphones we were able to communicate. The caretakers' accommodations are attached to the rental house. The upstairs covered room was lovely and offered great jungle privacy where we could watch the incredible wildlife in the trees and listen to the nightly rainfall. The bed was comfortable; internet was great and lots of hot water for showers. Manzanillo has beautiful beaches. The main reason I can only give this home a 4 star rating is because of the roaches and chained dog; if the roaches are eliminated and Smokey is free to run then this jungle home is a nice place to relax on the Caribbean side. I love the Caribbean side of Costa Rica!

Dream property

This is our second time staying at Villa Noor and it lived up to everything I remembered. Excellent accommodations; comfortable, clean with all the amenities. Awesome, attentive caretaker. Excellent location in secluded Manzanillo with excellent access to the beach. Surrounded by a beautiful vibrant jungle with all the expected flora and fauna within view of the porch. From the porch we saw the resident sloth, numerous toucans, parrots, both howler and spider monkeys, as well as agouti and numerous other birds and mammals. The property even has suitable connectivity to work and Zoom remotely. 5 star rental good for a weekend or a month!

Great private stay in the jungle!

We really loved Manzanillo and our stay at Villa Noor. The house is huge, and the location is awesome. You feel absolutely alone in the jungle yet are only 100 m or less to the beach and a short 3-minute hike from town. We definitely recommend.

Jungle retreat with beach flare !!!

This place is huge, and very nice, it is in the jungle, lots of wildlife. We loved this place from the start. Cindy speaks no english, we speak no spanish, this was never a problem. The house is well kept, and the terrace is outstanding. There's a pathway to the beach that is speckled with crabs. My wife and I stayed here, and by gosh we had enough room.

Incedbible 2nd time same house

Again it was an incredible time at this house. Had some great waves and challenging rip but no worries if you have you're head on straight...even the stated poor swimmer Lucas Oil made it no problem. We spent more time on the second deck balcony this time; at night with the sweet hammocks and days between beach visits to scope wildlife; there is an incredible Tucan couple so beautiful. The absolute best and very affordable restaurant is "Mista Cook" right across the street from the driveway next to the Reggae BBQ place....and the Supermarcado right there has everything you need. The dogs again were sweet as heck...Miky especially! VRBO contact Omar has excellent response and the lady/girl house keeper is very sweet. On a scale of 1-10 this place is an easy 11 (spinal tap reference)

To say anything incredible about this place in an understatement...period! The house is extremely well built and solid with excellent fit and finish. Massive Tiles throughout provide beautiful connectivity. Wide open floorplan just pulls folks together. The path to the beach makes this place! After traversing beaches too Puerta Viejos this was our absolute favorite. For our family of strong swimmers (big waves and rip!), nature lovers, tourist "Destination" avoiders, and folks who like to pave their own path this Joint pushed the amp up to 11 on a 10 max scale. (Spinal Tap reference there) Finally, the property manager is a real nice guy and very responsive along with the caretaker nearby who is super sweet....and did I mention the sweet dags on the compound?....if you like dags this is you're joint!

Excellent location!

The house is in a very good location in Manzanillo , just a short walk thru the forest and you'll get to the beach. You can visit Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife refuge which is at a walking distance. The property is surrounded by trees which gives privacy and also allows you to watch birds, howling monkeys and other animals . We actually saw sloths very close to the house!

The best in Manzanillo

My wife and I stayed at Villa Noor for 3 weeks and we loved everything about it. Being in the middle of the jungle. Listening to the waves crash as we layed in bed. Having a beautiful beach to walk each day. And having the owner Omar and the caretaker Cindy always available. We we're fortunate that we had a car but there are a couple of small restaurants and grocery store within walking distance for shorter stays. We will definitely make this our top pick if we stay in the area again. Bob R.

Perfect Location for a Family to Experience REAL Costa Rica!

Our time in Villa Norr was unforgettable! Everything was exactly as we hoped it would be! The people of Manzanillo were incredibly friendly and exciting to get to know. The home hosts were always available for any questions or help we needed about the property. The home itself was large and spacious, yet still Tico in feel and function. The 5-acre grounds were stunningly beautiful and the garden paths were well manicured and maintained yet the true climate of the rainforest was in tact! The animal species were so numerous: monkeys, iguanas, butterflies, hummingbirds, toucans, and even a sloth! We always felt safe in Manzanillo, but the property does have a private drive, a large gate, and two small dogs who bark when outsiders come near - so this all made for extra security when traveling with children! The ocean was so close and the beach was pristine and essentially private! We loved that we could be around local friends any time desired, but we could also find plenty of time and space to be together by ourselves as a family. The busses we extremely easy to access and very affordable. The Gandoca-Manzanillo Refuge was within walking distance! Mista Cook just across the street has the friendliest and best food around! Overall we were delighted and our expectations were exceeded with our home in Manzanillo! Thank you SO much for offering this amazing place at an affordable price!

Relaxing Tropical Paradice

My wife and I and a family friend spent four days relaxing at this tropical paradise after eight days of sight seeing in other parts of Costa Rica. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Noor so much it was hard to leave. This was definitely the best stop on our tour of Costa Rica. The house is perfect! If you are planning to be in the area, you definitely want to stay here. It is quiet and relaxing. The house is comfortable and well maintained. Cindy, the caretaker, is the best. The house is not air-conditioned. However, it is not needed. The house is located in the middle of the jungle very close to he beach with lots of shade. Plus, with the sea breeze, the mornings are cool and the afternoons are comfortable. One can easily sit on the upstairs deck relaxing listening to the waves crashing on the beach, the breeze in the trees and the forrest animals all day. We actually spent most of a day doing this. So relaxing! Especially, in the evenings after a day of exploring. We were never bothered by mosquitos. Howler monkeys can be heard around the house in the mornings. The best part was spending some quiet relaxing time together. Just my wife and I. The beach is only a minute walk on a maintained path and is very private. Mia, a small dog, is super sweet. We asked Cindy to let her off her leash as we have dogs. We had a lot of fun with her on the beach. Manzanillo is a five minute walk down the beach or a couple minutes by car for groceries of restaurants. Puerto Viejo is 15-20 minutes away. If you want to snorkel on the reef or tour the Manzanillo Wildlife Preserve call Abel Bustamonte, 8895-7394. He is across the street from the entrance to the property. He is excellent! We are already planning our next trip to Costa Rica. Yes, a stay at Villa Noor is planned.
