Newly renovated New Smyrna Beach Oceanfront Condo
Easy access 2nd floor newly renovated condo at Ponce De Leon Towers! 2 separate elevators or the nearby stairwell take you to an oceanfront unit for the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets! 5 minute walk to 2 fantastic restaurants, or a 5 minute drive to local hot spots on Flagler Ave, other restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. Coin operated washer and dryer units on each floor of the condo building. Beautiful and refreshing pool to cool off in or swim some laps! Gated entry/exit with code to make access to or from the beach. Car wash area and plenty of parking. Wi-fi and cable provided. Downstairs recreation room is beautiful addition with a pool table, ping pong, books, kitchen and bathrooms. There are also shuffleboard courts! New Smyrna is the perfect vacation spot or winter residence! Main bedroom has a king size adjustable bed, his/her closets and the master bath with plenty of room and shower stall. Bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk in addition to the queen size bed. Comfortably sleeps 6 or 7 people. We love the easy access being able to park near and use the stairs to get to our condo! Available for the months of December, January, February and March, 28 day minimum booking. Please contact me with any questions!

Our condo unit is on the second floor on the north end of the building. Beautiful views and such easy access. The elevators are available, but the stairwell is also right outside and makes it a quick access to just go up the stairs one floor. We just completely renovated our unit with new floors, most new furniture, kitchen and bathrooms. The oceanfront balcony is a perfect spot for watching the waves, wildlife, weather, sunrises/sunsets and people.
