Villa Jaguar is all you need to rest and relax. Enjoy a very comfy bed and get stunt by the amazing bathroom, designed to connect with the nature. Let our chef spoil you with her amazing breakfasts served at your private terrace or the palapa, drive 5 minutes to the beaches on the east side of the island an enjoy a beautiful sunrise. This Villa is equipped with High Speed Internet, , Minifridge, Coffee Bar, Hot Tub,A/C and a Private Terrace, Plunge Pool (not heated) and a Private Garden.

The house is located in the middle of the jungle, but close enough to the city to be able to do different activities while in the island, the idea of this project was to provide the guest the experience of being out of the city lights and noises but in a place that is as comfortable as any nice house in the city, this unique project in the island will bring close to the nature while you enjoy the other side of Cozumel...

Villas Zamna Experience will bring you close to nature and show you the other side of Cozumel, the non touristy side, get to know more about the island flora and fauna and visit the beaches on the east side of Cozumel. All of this while resting in a cabin/villa with all the amenities that you can think of, High Speed Internet, Air Conditioning, Hot Tub, Private Plunge Pools, Premium Bed, Pillows and Sheets, Working Area and the best breakfast you can get in Cozumel made by our amazing Chefs Diana and Blanquita. Also get assisted in site by Ricky the house keeper, he will be there for you to help you with anything.

Very relaxing
Clean, comfortable, very quiet—a great place to recharge. Staff is super helpful. Most beach or tourist activities are a 15-25 min drive, which was a little more driving than I anticipated. The (wonderful, life-saving) air conditioning also had some kind of automatic shut off in the middle of the night, which doesn’t work out very well for perimenopausal women from cold climates.

wonderful little hideaway
We had a wonderful time relaxing here. The food was very tasty and fresh. Humberto was very helpful in guiding us in from the Cancuun airport, and having his help meant the world to me! We rented a little buggy to drive around the island and if we needed any information both Humberto and Ricky would respond quickly with the info we needed to get around successfully. I highly reccommend this beautiful little place!!

Definitely will be back!
Umberto and staff were very accomodating and personable. The property was quiet and off the beaten path, but still very close to the beach and the windward side of Cozumel. No cruise ships, no crowds, beautiful beaches. Villas Zamna is clean, relaxing and quiet. The staff is very friendly. We actually left after a week but then turned right around and stayed for another week, it was like home. If you stay here, it's best to have a car or a scooter or a bicycle to get around. The Zamna staff can help with this. We felt so relaxed staying here...we will definitely be back!

I learned a lot over the last 15 years traveling and now I put it into practice with this beautiful project located in my lovely Island where I was born and raised.

The idea of this project is to bring guests to the east side of the island, the most beautiful beaches but is just know by the locals. We are located far enough from the city to be able to enjoy a stay of peace and relaxation, while you still able to go to the city to get to know a little bit more of it.
