Second Bedroom – Queen-size bed, spacious walk-in closet.

Third Bedroom (Office/Bunk Room) – Currently set up as an office for remote work. Starting in April, converts to a bunk room with two full-size bunk beds and a desk combo.

Shared Bathroom – Fully stocked for your convenience.

Bike Rentals – Flat Rate Per Stay

$25 – Single bike

Signed rental & liability agreement required. Return clean and in good condition. Off-property use requires approval. Unauthorized off-site use incurs a fee.

Complimentary Backyard Games – On-Site Use Only

Unlimited access to: Giant Jenga, Cornhole, Limbo, Giant Tic Tac Toe & Checkers, Ring Toss & Bottle Bash, Giant Pong, Foam & Magnetic Axe Throwing, Lawn Darts. Store items after use. Cleaning/handling fees apply if left dirty or outside.

All-Inclusive Sports & Court Package – $75 Per Stay

Optional Court Setup Fee – $40 – We will pre-set the court/net for your preferred sport. Guests who self-set up and cause damage are fully responsible for repair/replacement.

Requirements: Signed rental & liability agreement. Return items clean and stored. Do not drag heavy items across the court. Off-property use by approval only.

Hot Tub – $125 Per Stay + $40 Setup
Inflatable, private, sanitized before each use, heats in 4–5 hours. Agreement required. Keep covered when not in use. Misuse, excessive dirt, or damage will incur fees. Guests are fully responsible for supervising children at all times when the hot tub is in use.

Off-Property Use – Approved Rentals Only

With advance approval, signed agreement, and transport fee, the following may be taken to parks or beaches: Bikes, Limbo, Giant Tic Tac Toe & Checkers, Ring Toss & Bottle Bash, Giant Pong, Foam & Magnetic Axe Throwing, Lawn Darts, Soccer Ball & Net, Football, Basketball, Volleyball. Unauthorized off-site use will result in a penalty fee.

Spicola Family Pool – Located in Fort DeSoto Park, Palmetto Beach, this seasonal public facility is operated by the City of Tampa and requires an entry fee. According to the City’s website, it features a lap pool and additional recreational activities. Visit the Tampa Recreation website for current hours, admission rates, and seasonal opening dates.
