Welcome to your coastal paradise on the Dickinson/Galveston Bay. This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is a haven for relaxation and enjoyment, offering waterfront views and a refreshing bay breeze constantly sweeping through the air.
The open-concept layout of the house provides a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making entertaining easy and fun. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Two inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms are in the main house upstairs and provide a peaceful space for rest and relaxation. Downstairs you will find 3 comfortable twin beds with a private bathroom. This space is an add-on & the beams have been treated to repel moisture. It's also perfect for the tranquil charm and serene beauty of a coastal setting. The calming sound of the waves, the fresh sea breeze, and the picturesque views of the bay provide the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!
This getaway is only 40 miles from Houston and 20 miles from Galveston Island. Just right!
