Rantatalomme on ihastuttava 4 makuuhuoneen merenrantahotelli Topsail-saaren eteläpäässä. Topsail Beach on hiljainen, perhekeskeinen ranta.

Kodissamme on kaksi suurta makuuhuonetta, joissa on kylpyamme tilavan, täysin varustetun keittiön / perhehuoneen molemmin puolin. Yhdessä valtameren puoleisessa makuuhuoneessa on uusi king-size-patja ja 32 tuuman LCD-TV. Äänipuolisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi sänkyä. Perhehuoneen toisella puolella on queen-size-vuode, jossa valtameren puolella on 19 tuuman LCD-TV. Äänipuolihuoneessa on yksi parivuode ja yksi yhden hengen vuode.

Perhehuoneesta löydät 50 tuuman Samsungin älytelevision, jossa on Netflix, Amazon Prime ja blu-ray-soitin elokuvien katseluun iltaisin, kun et nautti upeista näkymistä tähtiin ja rauhoittavista äänistä aaltoja.

Täysin varustetussa keittiössämme on kaikki tarvitsemasi kokkiin upea ateria nauttiaksesi kuistilla varustetusta näytöstä! Näkemykset ovat keittiöstä niin kauniita, että et edes edes keitä!

Perhehuone avautuu turvatarkastus kuistilla, jossa voit nauttia aterioita ulkopuolella tai vain rentoutua ja nauttia näkymistä. Auringon ystäville on olemassa suuri avoin kansi heti turvatarkastetun kuistilla ja mukava yksityinen kävelytie rannalle.

Niille teistä, joilla on lapsia, anna heidän nauttia alakerran "teini-ikäisestä upeasta huoneesta", joka sisältää upean huoneen, jossa on TV, Wii- ja Foosball-pöytä ja kylpyhuone! Tämä alue on täydellinen teini-ikäisille, joilla on oma tila. Portaita ei ole, joten pienten lasten nukkuminen ei olisi sopivaa; se on kuitenkin varmasti hauska paikka leikkiä sateisena päivänä tai jos heillä on ollut tarpeeksi aurinkoa päiväksi!

Autotallissa löydät pesukone / kuivausrumpu, Weber-kaasugrille, useita rantatuoleja, boogie-lautoja, kauhoja ja lapioita, jotta lomastasi tulisi hieman nautittavampi!

Ideal Beachfront Stay

Our fifth year here, perfect for our three generations of family. Set back from road with ample parking. Well-equipped kitchen, screened porch plus deck. Beach toys, bikes, gas grill for guests. Little ones love the basement rec room. Hope to be back next year.

Lovely place

Great stay. We loved the house and location. The layout offered plenty of space for our family of four, and the house had everything we needed. It was less than a ten minute walk to mini golf, ice cream, and roller skating.

Beach Trip 2024

Wonderful oceanfront home.House was clean and welcoming upon our arrival. Kitchen had all you could wish for to prepare meals at home. We loved the layout. All the furnishings were comfortable. The screened porch was a family fave. The hosts were wonderful communicators. We thoroughly enjoyed all of their recommendations. It was a perfect vacation. We hope to return next year

Ideal Beach Place

This is the perfect place on the beach for our three generations of family. All the amenities of home, fabulous screened-in porch and additional deck overlooking the beach, plenty of parking, bonus play room in the basement. Visit the sea turtle hospital, Wilmington, the USS North Carolina, Airlie Gardens, and Britt's famous donuts if you stay here.

Amazing Beach Getaway

This property was more than we could of hoped for. The layout was perfect for multiple families traveling together. The family/living space was open and fit everyone. The kids loved the "teen room" downstairs and felt like they had a place of their own to relax at the end of the day. We loved being able to step off the back porch straight onto the beach. We will be renting this house again in the future!!

Perfect old-school feel!

What a great house!! Although updated and modern, it exemplifies what an old-school beach house should feel like!! The open living/dining/kitchen space provides plenty of room for everyone. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook several meals. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils. We always buy bags of ice for general use and our beach coolers but the ice maker was surprisingly quick at replenishing supplies for beverages and evening cocktails. The bedrooms are all good-sized and the bedding is comfortable. There is enough space in the twin room to accommodate a twin air mattress or cot if you need an extra sleeping space. The downstairs (outside access only) great room was a welcome retreat for the teens in our group. The screened-in porch and deck are amazing! Comfortable furniture and endless ocean views make this the place to be when you aren't on the beach. The night-sky views are second to none (the listing photo is not an exaggeration!). The beach is clean and wide, even during high tide. The beach refurbishment project did an excellent job of restoring the area. It is worth noting that the refurbishment did build a dune in front of the house. You can still use the beach access steps from the deck but do have to walk a short way to cross over at the public access beside the house. We had a great week! Anthony and Holly were quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay at their home again. Topsail and Surf City are fun, family-friendly beaches with everything you need for a perfect vacation!!

Loved our stay!!

Our family of eight plus our 6 month old granddaughter absolutely loved our stay! We loved the layout of the house itself where we could all be together on one level, and we had everything we needed. We loved the screened in porch and the deck with the rocking chairs. We loved waking to the sunrise every morning which you could enjoy from your bedroom window, the deck or down on the beach. We loved the short walk or bike ride to the quaint little shops and grill right down the road. We simply loved everything about our vacation at Topsail!

Wonderful!

It's was a wonderful week. Very clean and everything needed to cook all meals. The access to beach is a step away. Loved having the screened in porch to enjoy all meals and evenings. Very friendly family island which made our stay feeling relaxed and safe. Minutes from very good restaurants on the south end.Highly recommended rental. Ohio vacationers!

Another great week in Topsail

Cute house! We had a rocky start with crazy rain, but the house was great. It was well-stocked and clean. The owners were very responsive. The beach is magnificent. We cooked in most nights because we couldn't leave that view. I have said this in previous years, but it bears repeating: There isn't a lot to do on Topsail Island and the best restaurant closed last year, so you have to want to sit on the beach and relax for a whole week. That's why the house you choose is so important! We highly recommend Holly and Anthony's home!

A true gem in Topsail!

We have been to Topsail many times over the years, and this may be the best vacation house we've ever rented. It was beautiful inside and out, and the screen porch was a wonderful way to enjoy the ocean without fighting the sun! The teenage great room was also wonderful as it allowed the kids and adults to both have enjoyable game time. Anthony was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We cannot recommend this property highly enough, and will definitely be looking at it on our next trip to Topsail!

Excellent, relaxing, vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The main floor was very open and confortable, with a well appointed kitchen and the perfect view of the beach. Having two bicycles in the garage was very convienent as well. The highlight of the trip was seeing baby sea turtles being released right on our beach.

Wow!

Perfect beach and perfect beach house, we lover our time there. Having rented about 10 VRBO homes across the country, we were surprised to find this one required us to rent sheets and towels as we never experienced that before. The owners greatly helped us scramble to find a rental linen company and we got everything needed that day. In talking with the linen company, rental linens seems like a standard thing at beach houses in this part of the country. My suggestion to the owner was to call that out more clearly in the listing.

We love this beach house! This is our 6th year staying here and we will continue to come back.

The house is just wonderful. Ocean front, screened in porch and plenty of space. The owners continue to make additions and improvements. They couldn't be more attentive.

Best Home on Topsail!!

We had a wonderful time staying in your wonderful home! It really is a beautiful place and well stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation! We had plenty of room for us and our teens. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked great, watched Netflix movies every night, enjoyed being able to all sit around the large table for our meals, and the view of the ocean was spectacular!! We appreciated your prompt response to our questions about paddle boarding (the kids had a blast) and all the information you provided about the house was so helpful. It really was the best vacation and we hope to come back and stay again. Your home is truly home away from home!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!

What a wonderful place! We had expected to be out and about the island, but found that we were all happy and content to relax on the grounds or the beach! The layout of the house was perfectly suited for our family of 6. Kitchen was well outfitted, beds were comfortable, and we throughly enjoyed the porch during the afternoons and especially the evenings when we would gather for games and laughter. Looking forward to returning to Mussel Beach next summer! THANKS!!!!

One of the best vacations of my life!

Everything about my family's trip to Topsail was wonderful, and this home was the main reason. The second we walked in the door the gorgeous view of the ocean from the kitchen blew our minds! The home is beautifully decorated (so much so that I was taking notes on the paint and decor throughout the week) :) and thoughtfully arranged. Comfy beds, large bedrooms, a fully stocked awesome kitchen, a screened in porch for rainy afternoon reading, and of course those beautiful views all made the home a true pleasure to live in for a week. We have two boys, ages 3 and 5, and they were thrilled with the garage full of beach toys and the basement fooseball table, while my husband enjoyed use of the grill. The home is the perfect mix of old and new...the quaint cottage feel with lovely old polished wood floors and ceilings, but also all the modern updates you could want. Overall this home just has a happy, positive energy and you can feel the love and care that continues to go into it. The location of the house is another great plus. It's an easy walk to the pier which we did daily and a longer walk or 5 min drive into town for restaurants, ice cream, putt putt and shops. (highly recommend Breezeway restaurant for dinner and then let the kids play on the playground a block over afterward.) All in all, this was just a perfect stay and Holly and Anthony made the reservation process smooth and easy. We can't wait to return in early June next year!
