Nauti ILMAISEKSI golfista, ILMAISesta kalastuksesta, purjelautailusta, Baytowne Wharfin seikkailualueen passista ja elokuvien vuokrauksesta loman jokaisena päivänä. 1 läpikäynti toimintaa kohti päivässä. Tutustu SoWal-pakettiin ei sisällä yli 14 yön oleskelua. Tiedustele sääntöjä ja rajoituksia. 20. elokuuta 2019 - 27. huhtikuuta 2020 alkaen vuorovesiyhdistyksellä ja omistajilla on meneillään laaja rakennustyö. Siellä tulee kovaa melua, työntekijöitä on kiinteistössä ja ikkunoiden ulkopuolella telineissä, pölyä ja roskia ilmassa. Parvekkeelle ei pääse 3. syyskuuta 2019 - 1. marraskuuta 2019 välisenä aikana ja parvekekalusteet varastoidaan kiinteistön sisälle viikonloppuna 31. elokuuta 2019 rajoittaen sisätilaa. Kaikille, jotka haluavat varata, tarjotaan voimakkaasti alennetut hinnat. Ota yhteyttä toimistoomme keskustellaksesi. Vuorovedet 1511 on pieni siivu paratiisia, joten monet ihmiset rakastavat palata vuosi toisensa jälkeen. Suora pääsy parvekkeelle on saatavilla oleskelutilassa; tällä yksiköllä on yksi rakennuksen suurimmista parvekkeista ja se on meille niin erityinen. Älä ole huolissasi siitä, että saat hiekkaa, mutta pysty silti saamaan joitain säteitä tai katsomaan upeaa auringonlaskua korkealta. Takaisin sisäpuolellasi on kaksi makuuhuonetta: mestari kuninkaalla ja vierashuone kuningatar kanssa. Molemmilla on pääsy omiin erillisiin kylpyhuoneisiin (isäntä on suurin - sisältyy kylpyamme ja suihkukaappi). Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat myös yksikössä, vain tarvittaessa. Joten mitä odotat? Mennään lomalle! . Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort sijaitsee kätevästi 10 mailia itään Destinistä Miramar Beach / Sandestin, Florida-alueella. Lomakeskus tarjoaa hauskaa ja rentoutumista kaiken ikäisille ja tarjoaa myös hiljaisen, eristäytyneen mielenrauhan samalla kun se on vain muutaman minuutin päässä aktiviteeteista, ostosmahdollisuuksista, ruokailusta ja paljon muusta! Accommodating condo with super convenient location!

Location is great with proximity to the beach! condo was clean and had just about everything needed in the kitchen for cooking. it’s located on the top floor so warning if scared of heights!

Gorgeous beaches. Beautiful view from balcony. Comfortable condo xplorie pass is great! Allows for many activities with free daily passes for one adult. We were able to use a pass almost everyday of our vacation!

This property is very comfortable inside and the balcony is huge with fabulous views of the sunset. The grounds were very nice. Located at the end of Miramar beach, it provides close access to the unpopulated areas near the State Park. Clean beaches to walk for miles. Beds were very comfortable!

The balcony was great, we spent a lot of time out there. The condo was as listed. Some of the appliances & beds could use some updating. Overall, we would stay here again.

Beautiful view, comfortable beds, not crowded beach

This condo was perfect for our week getaway! Both beds were very comfortable. The balcony was breathtaking and we ate our meals and drank our morning coffee out there. Even took an afternoon nap on the couch outside! The beach area reserved for The Tides was not crowded like the Hilton next door was. Loved the chairs and umbrella on the beach. Will be back and rent this condo again. Loved that it was at the end of the condo and on the top floor because it had the best views!

Amazing Balcony!

We enjoyed every minute of this vacation. The view and the balcony were spectacular. Great location. My only suggesstion is to provide more beach chairs and offer some beach towels. The resort does not provide beach towels and we did not have room for any in our suitcase. If housekeeping could leave a couple extra trash bags that would be great too. I would love to come back and stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious condo on the 15th floor. Views were amazing. The beach was gorgeous and the water was crystal clear and warm. Easy access to the beach. My husband and son-in-law were able to play three day’s of golf using a pass that provided one free admission. The kids were able to Zip line, bungee jump and do a rope course for a reduced price due to the pass given us by Gibson. Sexton’s fish market has freshly caught fish and shrimp. Overall our family vacation to Miramar Beach was great funEnjoy

Beautiful View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit with lots of room. It could use an update on the electronics as the tv's are old and the huge stereo system does not work. We had a convention next door at the Hilton and had there been an access way between the two our stay would have been a 10. Having to trek the beach or drive all the way around for meetings and socials was a pain. Appliances are fairly new and the kitchen was well stocked. Pool area and beach were very nice with good food and drinks available. Overall it was a great stay and very convenient to restaurants and stores. An easy 4 out of 5 stars!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed in the same condo at The Summit for 25+ years. We were very reluctant to change to a new location. First, I was knocked out by the group at GBR. I have never worked with a more gracious and professional group of people. We were extremely pleased and delighted with our unit in The Tides. Every thing was as advertised. The kitchen was very well equipped and nicely appointed. We were particularly pleased with the large deck. We spent a lot of time there. The view was wonderful. We have already reserved the same unit for September.
