Nauti ILMAISEKSI golfista, ILMAISesta kalastuksesta, purjelautailusta, Baytowne Wharfin seikkailualueen passista ja elokuvien vuokrauksesta loman jokaisena päivänä. 1 läpikäynti toimintaa kohti päivässä. Tutustu SoWal-pakettiin ei sisällä yli 14 yön oleskelua. Tiedustele sääntöjä ja rajoituksia. 20. elokuuta 2019 - 27. huhtikuuta 2020 alkaen vuorovesiyhdistyksellä ja omistajilla on meneillään laaja rakennustyö. Siellä tulee kovaa melua, työntekijöitä on kiinteistössä ja ikkunoiden ulkopuolella telineissä, pölyä ja roskia ilmassa. Parvekkeelle ei pääse 3. syyskuuta 2019 - 1. marraskuuta 2019 välisenä aikana ja parvekekalusteet varastoidaan kiinteistön sisälle viikonloppuna 31. elokuuta 2019 rajoittaen sisätilaa. Kaikille, jotka haluavat varata, tarjotaan voimakkaasti alennetut hinnat. Ota yhteyttä toimistoomme keskustellaksesi. Vuorovedet 1511 on pieni siivu paratiisia, joten monet ihmiset rakastavat palata vuosi toisensa jälkeen. Suora pääsy parvekkeelle on saatavilla oleskelutilassa; tällä yksiköllä on yksi rakennuksen suurimmista parvekkeista ja se on meille niin erityinen. Älä ole huolissasi siitä, että saat hiekkaa, mutta pysty silti saamaan joitain säteitä tai katsomaan upeaa auringonlaskua korkealta. Takaisin sisäpuolellasi on kaksi makuuhuonetta: mestari kuninkaalla ja vierashuone kuningatar kanssa. Molemmilla on pääsy omiin erillisiin kylpyhuoneisiin (isäntä on suurin - sisältyy kylpyamme ja suihkukaappi). Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat myös yksikössä, vain tarvittaessa. Joten mitä odotat? Mennään lomalle! . Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort sijaitsee kätevästi 10 mailia itään Destinistä Miramar Beach / Sandestin, Florida-alueella. Lomakeskus tarjoaa hauskaa ja rentoutumista kaiken ikäisille ja tarjoaa myös hiljaisen, eristäytyneen mielenrauhan samalla kun se on vain muutaman minuutin päässä aktiviteeteista, ostosmahdollisuuksista, ruokailusta ja paljon muusta! This property is very comfortable inside and the balcony is huge with fabulous views of the sunset. The grounds were very nice. Located at the end of Miramar beach, it provides close access to the unpopulated areas near the State Park. Clean beaches to walk for miles. Beds were very comfortable!

The balcony was great, we spent a lot of time out there. The condo was as listed. Some of the appliances & beds could use some updating. Overall, we would stay here again.

Amazing Balcony!

We enjoyed every minute of this vacation. The view and the balcony were spectacular. Great location. My only suggesstion is to provide more beach chairs and offer some beach towels. The resort does not provide beach towels and we did not have room for any in our suitcase. If housekeeping could leave a couple extra trash bags that would be great too. I would love to come back and stay here again!

Easy access to the beach. My husband and son-in-law were able to play three day’s of golf using a pass that provided one free admission. The kids were able to Zip line, bungee jump and do a rope course for a reduced price due to the pass given us by Gibson. Sexton’s fish market has freshly caught fish and shrimp. Overall our family vacation to Miramar Beach was great funEnjoy

We had a convention next door at the Hilton and had there been an access way between the two our stay would have been a 10. Having to trek the beach or drive all the way around for meetings and socials was a pain. Appliances are fairly new and the kitchen was well stocked. Pool area and beach were very nice with good food and drinks available. Overall it was a great stay and very convenient to restaurants and stores. An easy 4 out of 5 stars!

First, I was knocked out by the group at GBR. I have never worked with a more gracious and professional group of people. We were extremely pleased and delighted with our unit in The Tides. Every thing was as advertised. The kitchen was very well equipped and nicely appointed. We were particularly pleased with the large deck. We spent a lot of time there. The view was wonderful. We have already reserved the same unit for September.

Spring 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was good with several exceptions. We have stayed in this unit many times now along with our friends. We rotate the bedrooms. This time my wife and I had the small bedroom. The bed, including the frame, needs to be replaced. It is very loose and noisy and the mattress is not comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom is dismal, particularly over the sink. The common area was very comfortable and well appointed. The upgraded appliances in the kitchen were a pleasant experience. We were impressed originally by the balcony with its size and furniture. The couch and chair cushions have become stained and dirty! Give our experience on this stay we will have rethink our next stay.

Spring Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was positive. Your staff at GBR are always responsive to any request we have. The condo was clean and prepared for our arrival. We occupied the smaller bedroom this time therefore this is where I will concentrate my comments - -The bed has too much movement and make noises! - The towel rod kept falling off - The shower curtain liner was too short and created issues with water getting out onto the floor! - The lighting above the vanity is way too dim. - There is too much stuff kept in the closet and makes for difficult storage. - The bathroom could/should be spruced up quite a bit. - THE KITCHEN - Shortage of glasses, steak knives, most all dinnerware, The ice dispenser on the fridge kept freezing up and causing issues.

Not worth the price being charged.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in prob 11 different units in this building. This unit is a 5 out of 10. Everything about this place was penny pinching. tv remotes batteries were dead I had to go buy some. beds are completely worn out and need to be replaced caused us major back pain. most of the furniture is very dated and needs replacing. kitchen cookware was sparse and utensils were cheap flimsy dollar store plastic . There was 1 dishwasher soap pod and only two trash bags for a 5 night stay. Ultra cheap LED light bulbs make the whole place look like a depressing hospital. Quality LED bulbs are cheap nowadays there simply is no reason not to use warmer color bulbs. Unit itself was in good shape. Location was great. But given the price and comparisons to other units in the building we probably won’t book this one again in the future.

July 2017 Stay

This unit is very nice & decorated beautifully, but it has some big shortcomings that need to be addressed. Bc it has such potential, if they are fixed,I want to leave a detailed review. The Kitchen The kitchen is poorly equipped & understocked. The knives are not sharp. Not even 1. There's not one that can cut a lemon or a tomato. For those of us who cook, this is just not acceptable. Forget cutting meat or vegetables. It's so disappointing. The ice cream scoop is awful. The egg turner/spatula is about to wiggle off the handle. The ceiling has water damage above dishwasher that looks really bad & needs repair. There are no plastic bowls w/lids (for storage in the refrigerator.) The lights in kitchen need the be brighter. The sink needs a dish drain. The blender is awful. It doesn't blend anything other than liquid. Forget smoothies or ice cream drinks. Please replace it with a higher quality blender. The dryer makes a horrible sound that definitely needs to be fixed or replaced.
