-Guests are responsible for taking out Garbage weekly. Which should be carted out Monday night for Tuesday morning pickup

-The landscaper shows up occasionally to trim weeds in the front and backyard

-Early Check-in and late check-out are only available upon request. $Fees may apply

-No events or large gatherings, you share a wall with your neighbor

-No Smoking of any kind can result in a $250 fee

-Short-term lease may be required to be signed by guests
