Olisimme innostuneita ja niin iloisia voidessamme jakaa tilavan perheen rantakodimme kanssasi, perheesi ja ystäväsi kanssa. Kotimme on täydellinen perheystävällinen lomakohde!

SeaCliffs sekä monet paikat yleisessä Port St. Joe-alueella ja sen jälkeenkin se on kohdannut merkittäviä haasteita vuoden 2018 hirmumyrsky Michaelin jälkeen. Port St. Joe ja Apalachicola ovat avoinna liike-elämälle ja niin vilkkaita kuin koskaan. Olemme ylpeitä hitaasta mutta tasaisesta edistyksestä, jota Seacliffs on saavuttanut jälleen kerran menemällä lomakohteeksi. Mikä ei ole muuttunut ...

Ranta, uima-allas ja lasten leikkialue ovat vain minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Ja yksityisellä hissillä tämän yksikön kaikkiin kerroksiin - nyt kaikki voivat nauttia Floridan rantalomasta. Rentoudu ja nauti tästä vasta sisustetusta ja päivitetystä lomakodista!

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on autokatos, jolla on katettu pysäköintialue 3 ajoneuvolle; kaasugrilli, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä jääkaappi kylmiä juomia varten, ylimääräinen kylmävarastointi ja jääpalakone.
Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta - toisessa queen-size-vuode ja toisessa king-size-vuode. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on oma kylpyhuone, täynnä kylpyjä, ja king-huoneessa on suojattu kansi, josta on näkymä sekä uima-altaalle että lahdelle.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa on myös kaksi makuuhuonetta - toisessa kerrossänky täysikokoisen sängyn päällä, täysikokoisessa vyöhykkeessä, joka voi nukkua jopa 5 lasta. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on toinen king-size-vuode. Jälleen, molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on oma kylpyhuone, täynnä kylpyjä, ja king-huoneessa on seulottu kansi, josta on uima-allas ja näköala lahdelle.

Ilmava, holvattu, avoin konsepti, neljäs kerros on kätevä puoli-kylpyamme, täysin varustettu keittiö ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetulla jääkaapilla, jossa on jääpalakone ja graniittiset. Raikkaan näköiset olohuonekalusteet, joissa kuningatar-vuodesohva ja bistro-pöytäsarja, ympäröivät sinua rannikkoseikkailulla. Tässä kerroksessa on vielä yksi suuri kansi, josta on upea näköala lahdelle.

Kaikissa huoneissa on taulu-HD-TV, olohuoneen TV näkyy koko kerroksessa. Keittiössä on paljon päivityksiä ja pieniä kodinkoneita, ja se on suunniteltu nauttimaan suuria perheen aterioita yhdessä. Kaikissa kansissa on vieraanvaraiset ulkokalusteet ja kaikissa on vesitiivis lattiapäällyste.

After Dune Delight had it all - close proximity to the beach, a pool, and plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen was VERY well stocked for cooking for a large crowd. And the 2nd fridge in the laundry area was a huge plus, as well. It was also our first time working with the property manager (Coastal Joe)- everyone we spoke with was extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. We are already planning our next trip!

Loved the utility room with washer/dryer. Beach was beautiful. The only suggestion is a second router is needed for wifi to reach to all bedrooms. It was spotty on the 2nd floor and it also went off quite a few times and we had to restart it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, all 4 couples, staying in After Dune Delight. Each couple had their own room and private bath, which was perfect. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the scatter rugs and bedspreads needed a good cleaning!! The decor was lovely but we really needed 2 extra chairs at the dining table. It seems strange that a unit for 11people would only have 6 chairs at the main table, but there were bar stools at the counter so we just used them . And while the unit had an elevator, which we very much appreciated since it was 4 stories, it was not only faulty (the 4th floor outer door needs to be SLAMMED shut for it to engage) but also inconvenient that it opened into private bedrooms instead of in a hallway. We made the best of it and got our daily steps in lol. The downstairs fridge/freezer was wonderful since we were able to fill our cooler there and take to beach. Unfortunately, there isn’t a ramp to the beach, only stairs, which made hauling the buggy rather difficult. Thankfully, we had enough strong me to carry them down to the beach.

Total disappointment

I understand that this place lost a lot when Hurricane Michael made landfall but we were moved twice and then we wanted a 4 bedroom and ended up with a 3 bedroom, the shower downstairs was taped in two different spots, there was a bunch of stairs going up to the house of which my mother fell and bruised her lower leg terribly, thank goodness it wasn’t broke, the yard was knee high, all the other yards was mowed. I also feel the other two places we were suppose to be put in was closer to the ocean, this house was not so close. One of the beds downstairs was like sleeping on a pile of rocks also. I just feel they could have worked with us more. Coastal joe also called us 2 weeks before arrival and said we are moving you to the 3 bedroom or we can refund your money. Where could we could with a 2 week notice? I just think this situation could of been handled better.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Everything was very enjoyable. The only issue was the elevators opening into bedrooms which made it unavailable when little ones were napping or gone to bed early at night. Overall it was most enjoyable!
