The access to the property is very easy, it is a main house and you can park in front or in the back of it, with digital key you get full access to the property without problems! the neighborhood is quiet and perfect.

Great Family Trip

The home was beautiful and clean! We were told we could check in at 3pm but the cleaning crew said wait a few minutes because they have to clean it (they pulled up at the same time we did). There was a gas grill there complete with a full gas tank. The house included a washer & dryer but it did not work. The host was awesome. She answered the phone anytime we called. Over all is was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.

Property was ok but we was unable to lock the property because we had no keys. Owner never responded with the code for the door so we had to leave the door unlocked every day.

Dont stay here!!!!!!

We got there and spent 2 hours on the phone with vrbo and got no help. We had to keep our kids in the car to clean the property before we even unpacked. The was hair in all of the sheet, floors dirty, furniture stain, damages that we had to photograph and send emails to prove we didnt damage. The front bedroom had dirty sheets, lotto scratch offs and blunt guts and weed roaches on the pull out bed and floor. We had to wash all of the sheets and dishes. We had to clean the floors and counters. Couldnt use the front bedroom. Host promised a partial refund and never followed through and went no contact. Will call vrbo and see if they can help.

This house looks to be newly renovated and pretty nice. When we arrived we didn’t receive a door code and the door was left wide open. Being from Tampa, I knew It’s location was in a rough part of the neighborhood. The people across the street play loud music up to about 3am. There were definitely some issues like dirty dishes in the cabinets, the half baths toilet paper roll holder was ripped off the wall, there are some large gaps in the new flooring, there were no dishwasher pods along with a pretty strong smell coming from the dishwasher itself. A single roll of paper towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper (1 per bath) for a week long stay and 5 people. The water does not get hot so taking a shower was miserable as well as very poor water pressure. Along with supplying our own toilet paper and paper towels we also had to buy trash bags as there were none left for us. They have two bar stools that sit at the breakfast bar, when we slid it over it completely collapsed with the legs coming out of the seat completely. The front door has a huge gap in the bottom, letting all air/heat out, as well as the back door has a large gap between the door and frame almost looking the it was installed incorrectly or could have been broken into at some point. The floors were also very dirty, and would make your feet black from dirt. Overall the house itself is decent but about the same as a hotel room, just with your own kitchen and bedroom. Nothing to rave about but not terrible.

Great house!!

Great place, was skeptical in the beginning since reading previous reviews but overall it was a great house and the host was very communicative with me about everything. The house was also very spacious would most definitely be booking again!
