Wonderful place for friends and family vacation! Open space, newly renovated kitchen with a spacious island and living room give enough room for entertaining. Quiet corner lot with parking makes your privacy more comfortable. Full amenities include private laundry, TV, Wi-fi, new kitchen appliances, new fridge, new beds and new mattresses. Fully decorated, with beautiful paintings and rugs. Just 5 minutes drive to Anna Maria Island or you can use a free bus with a stop near the location!

Truly wonderful! Very nice hosts with all accommodations one could hope for. Laundry room was so easy and detergent was supplied. All cleaning materials were provided. The beds were super comfortable. It was our honeymoon and they bought us cookies and chocolates and even Left a card congratulating us!

This condo was just as desribd. The location is convenient for the beach and shopping. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the place. Zoe and Nick provided everything we needed. Laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, ironing board and iron, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, blow dryer, board games, books, all dishes, pots/pans, and plenty of towels. The AC was perfectly set to keep the place nice and cool. It never turns off. We were in town for a wedding. If we ever need to come back, I would try to find this place again. Thank you, Nick and Zoe!!!

Convenient to Bradenton Beach

Very nice rental!! Comfortable beds. Clean and cozy. About a 15 minute drive to the public beach area of Bradenton beach. Definitely a favorite for me. I plan to return!!

Great getaway

The house was in a great neighborhood in a great location. Lots to do in the area or close by. The host was quick to respond. We had bo issues with our stay.

Perfect place for a family

This property was fantastic. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and there were beach supplies so we didn't have to rent anything at the beach. Thanks so much for a great place to stay! Bonus points for a cute orange kitty who welcomed us when we were outside.

Incredible Stay! Enjoyed it so much!

The place is very nice, and in a good location. Neighborhood was nice and quite and it's only 5-10 minutes from the beaches of Anna Maria Island. Everything we needed was there and can't wait to come back.

Nicely stocked

The location was nicely stocked, loved all the small touches like first aid kit, water in the fridge, q-tips, fan and blow dryer. Easy location to downtown, lots of grocery and restaurants nearby. Beds were comfy, quiet location, AC and TV worked. Only minor issue was the blinds did not fully cover the windows.

Just like everyone else has stated about this place

Our first time ever using a VRBO. The place was exactly as advertised close to shopping and beaches . The beaches at Coquina are open along with several others. The rooms are large, nice appliances also a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable as well as the furniture in the living area. About a 10 min drive to GT Brady park if you’re interested in Pickleball.We had a very nice stay and would recommend it to a friend.

Beach Hopping Central

The duplex was perfect for our stay. Centrally located within minutes to some of Floridas most gorgeous and friendly Gulf Coast beaches. I love beach hopping here!! We felt right at home in our cozy duplex. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. Would Love to come back 💕🌴🏖️

Family trip

We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent again. Check in was so easy. Unit was furnished with ALL the extras. Location was great. Owners were a pleasure to work with. Great experience.

The best

Everything about this place is top notch. My only regret is not staying longer. The location is great and the home is beautiful with everything you need for a week at the beach. Plenty of room for a family of 4 so I may be back with the kids.

Cozy 2 bedroom apartment in Bradenton Bradenton

Really enjoyed the stay there. Everything was supplied including towels, shampoo cleaning supplies, and even laundry detergent to do your clothes Zoe thought of everything. What a great host everything was perfect. In fact, we will stay there again in the future.

Wonderful!!

It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Check- in instructions were very clear and simple. The host, Zoe, responded very quick to any messages. The house was exactly as pictured. Everything we could have needed was provided. I will be staying here every time I come to Bradenton from now on. And I will be telling all of my friends for sure. Thank you so much Zoe for making our stay so enjoyable. Susie clear and simple.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this location! It was amazing being only a short 5 minutes from seeing the sunset on the beach! It was conveniently close to coffee / groceries and other shopping as well as a cute close by playground! The apartment was very clean and beds were very comfortable! The property manager was very easy to contact and quick to respond - when the vacuum did not work they brought over a new one within a day! My only critique is that the kitchen didn’t have everything (no cooking sheets for oven or plastic dishes for kids, no butter knives and a small sink) but overall those were minor things and we would absolutely rent here again in the future! We had a great experience!

Was great until the WASP arrived!

My stay was great, unit is beautiful & well put together had plenty extras to it in case you left anything at home! It made the stay very homely & warm. However a few issues I had that didn’t sit well with me, no tvs in the room, hair left in the shower floor which I feel is NASTY (I was told it was possibly dropped by the cleaner) which I didn’t agree…The major issue was the wasp that was getting inside from somewhere, we killed 3 & found several nests outside! Scary since I’m allergic. Nevertheless no one got stung so no harm. But I do feel like I should receive some type of credit or refund, however the owner/host has yet to even reply back to my last message that mentions that as well. … I’d definitely stay again it’s a 8/10 in my opinion
