The apartment (65sqm) is based at the top floor of a small historic building, in the pedestrian zone of the shopping area, in the oldest center of Cagliari, 15 minutes by bike from the beach. From here, you're a few minutes walk to monuments, the museums, the port, pubblic gardens, train/bus stations, multifloor parking. Practical, quiet, minimalistic, essential, with a subtle elegance. Ideal for those searching for comfortable vacation in town, a few steps away from the sea.
The space
This used to be our home, and has seen a lot of happy people go by. It's based in the pedestrian center of town, built in the 13th century. It is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator, is bright and airy, exposed beams, built entirely in limestone blocks, and stimulates peace and serenity. That's why we called it Meigama, in sardinian "afternoon siesta". Tell us what kind of vacation you're searching for and we'll help you in your quest. The home is equipped with all you use at home, from the umbrella for the beach to all that's necessary to prepare a gourmet dinner, from the shampoo to bio detergents. You will find free parking in the streets adjacent to the pedestrian streets, or in the large municipal parking of Sidney Sonnino Street.

Within 300 meters; city monuments, the museums with the giant statues of Mont'e Prama, the castle, the main port and marinas, the pubblic gardens, pubs, restaurants, various parking lots, San Benedetto market, shopping area, supermarkets.
Within 500 meters; train/bus/metro stations, marinas, botanical gardens, University, sports fields, pools. Poetto Beach is 3,5 km away and can be reached by bike, car or bus. Pubblic busses are available every 20 minutes, the ride is about 15 minuties long to the 1st beach stop. Longer if you choose to reach further bus stops.
