Tämä kaunis lomapaikka koostuu 3 talosta kiinteistöllä, joiden ranta on 110 'Cayuga-järvellä ja yhteensä 4 708 neliömetriä tilaa. Koteissa voi nukkua yli 24 vuodetta ja jopa 31, mikä helpottaa vetäytymistä sohvat ja futonit. Siellä on 75'-telakka, jonka päässä on oleskelualue. Vesi on melko kirkasta eikä liian syvää, joten se pysyy suhteellisen lämpimänä, uimiseen hyvin. Veden äärellä on paljon erilaisia oleskelualueita, mukaan lukien kolme kannet, suojattu kuistilla, monet tuolit, lepotuoleja, adirondack-tuolit ja keinu ovat veden äärellä. Suurella tilalla on tärkein yhteinen alue, joka koostuu keskikokoisesta keittiöstä, josta on näkymä järvelle graniittisineillä ja kaikilla mukavuuksilla, liitteenä olevasta ruokasalista, joka avautuu järvelle päin olevaan olohuoneeseen, jossa on suuret lasi-ikkunat, joista on näkymät veteen, ja televisioon. Siellä on makuuhuone, jossa king-size-vuode ja oleskelualue, tv ja täysi kylpyamme, josta on näkymät veteen. Siellä on myös erillinen siipi, jossa kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on kaksi mittatilaustyönä valmistettua aikuisen kerrossänkyä ja toisessa täysi sänky. Saman sisäänkäynnin jakaminen tähän taloon on yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto. Tässä yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on täysin varustettu kylpyhuone, johon pääsee vain suuren makuuhuoneen, kytketyn keittiön ja olohuoneen kautta, jotka avautuvat tilavaan, kuistilla suojattuun vedenäkymään. Pesukone ja kuivaaja. Televisiot ja ilmastointi useimmissa makuuhuoneissa ja yleisissä tiloissa.

Vierastalo: Vierastalo, jossa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 1 ½ kylpyhuonetta, koostuu keittiöstä, joka on erittäin suuren huoneen, joka on myös olohuone ja ruokasali, toisella puolella. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja yhdessä parivuode. Kahdessa huoneessa on myös parivuode. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä keskuslämmityslaite.

Tiki-mökki: Viimeinen talo on pieni 1 makuuhuoneen mökki. Tässä talossa on täysi kylpyhuone ja makuuhuone, jossa queen-size-vuode, mukavalla kannella, josta on näkymät veteen. (Tiki-talo)

Amazing stay on the lake!

We had a large gathering of families with small children and this property was absolutely perfect. The house had everything you need and the hosts were so thoughtful. Highly recommend!!!

Fall family getaway

The location of the property was convenient to all of the attractions in the area. It's east side location made for excellent sunset viewing over the lake. The property is spacious and allows for ample parking. The main house was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The tiki cottage was musty and we could not lock it when we left the house, which meant we had to move our valuables to the main house when we left the property. The guest cottage was nice, comfortable, and spacious. We would recommend this home for large family or friend groups! We very much enjoyed our stay.

A great house!

There were 16 of us and we all found comfortable rooms. The house had lots of space for meals, conversations, and games. The view of the lake was lovely, sunsets picture perfect.

Had a wonderful time. Only two complaints, one was the odor from the septic system that you could smell. And the other was all the spider and dust webs in the house. Other than that, everything was fine!!! Thanks for having us!!

Great Family Property!!

Our family of 20+ enjoyed our time at this property. It suited our needs very well. It was clean and well stocked so meal preparation was easy. Nice gas grill. Liked the ability to have a campfire each evening. Recommend for larger families.

Lakefront Stay

All in all, the family had a great week at Cayuga Lake. The Tiki house door & screen had no lock on it from the outside & so had been open when we arrived & full of bugs. The sheets needed to be washed & remade & floor swept before we slept in the little tiki. There were toys for the kiddos & a little climbing set which they loved. Wood was available for fires. The kitchens were well supplied with equipment & having 3 kitchens was a lifesaver! Many memories were made this week!

Excellent family reunion property

We were quite delighted with our stay at this quality property. There were a couple of minor issues including one bed not being prepared prior to our arrival, several electric outlets not working in the kitechen, and the freezer frozen up in the main kitchen. And the BBQ grill had not been cleaned. Othere than that, this property was ideal for our family gathering. We noticed upon arrival that there was only one person involved in the cleaning and prep of the home.. This home requires more than one person to adequately prepare it in the time allotted.

Perfect property for family groups

This property is set up perfectly for family groups. We loved the welcome basket set out by our host. The three buildings on the property were very clean and the layout was great for our group (plenty of common space for group meals, playing games and movie nights as well as quiet areas to be away from the group if desired). The house had everything we needed including small kitchen appliances (the countertop ice machine was a real crowd pleaser!), toys for the kids, puzzles and streaming services for when it rained. The only thing that we’d change if possible was the accessibility to the water. The rock wall at the shoreline made actually getting into the water a task…especially for the little ones in our group. Installing some stairs off of the dock into the water or removing some of the rocks between the lawn and the water would make a huge difference. Over all though we were very impressed with this property and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Enjoyable Lake House Stay

This lake house is located in the convenient area to enjoy everything, including watching lake, fishing from the shore, winery tours, and boat cruising. There are a couple of similar houses nearby and it was not quiet at night because everybody wanted to do the same; go outside, chat, drink and play games. This is not the fault of owner but you need to understand the proximity of neighbors. Internet connection is not stable and we needed to restart the router a couple of times a day. One thing that owner could improve is cleanness. We respected the owner and took our shoes off after arrival. In 10 minutes, the bottom of our socks became black and dirty. We started cleaning the house by ourselves and collected animal hairs to the trash cans. Some of the rooms are a little bit smelly and we needed to keep windows open for a while. I am afraid the owner might not not be aware of the quality of cleaning service. It is a big property and a lot of work needs to be done but a little bit better service would increase the satisfaction of customers. The outside of house was well maintained and comfortable. Overall, this was a memorable vacation time for all of us and we took a lot of pictures and enjoyed our stay at this house.

A lovely family reunion on Cayuga Lake.

There were 18 adults and 1 baby, but some of us came and went during the week as work required. The lake was mostly calm, and shallow enough near the shore, even for the baby. All linens and paper goods and some games and so on were supplied by the host. Some places on the property smelled a bit musty and the particular week we were then was hot and muggy enough that we would have appreciated central air. Overall a very nice time was had by all.

Great spot on Cayuga Lake

This is an outstanding location. The lake is warm and shallow, great for swimming, and three kayaks are included. Even the six-year-old in our group was able to master paddling a kayak. And the fishing was good for perch and bluegill. The housing is basic, livable – except for the tiki cabin, which was pretty grubby, especially its bathroom. Overall, we had a great week!

Floors and Bathrooms

Bathrooms were very dirty and the floors looked like they were never mopped. The bathroom floors were black. The floors throughout the house were extremely dirty. Our white socks were black within an hour. When we used the dry Swiffer mop it picked up a lot of loose dirt and the mop was black when done.

Family Reunion at Finger Lakes

This was a fabulous site with plenty of room for all 23 of us! The kitchen(s) were well-stocked and easy to prepare meals for all of us. Lots of space outdoors and a great dock for a boat and fishing. Justin, the property manager, was delightful to work with responding to questions almost instantly. Check-in was quick and easy. No complaint from our group!

July Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The waterfront was awesome and we had plenty of space. Was a great fit for our trip and family! Some constructive feedback, I thought it could have been much cleaner. It’s also an odd layout in the main house and to have three separate houses really was a little strange. The trees off the back deck should be trimmed to greatly improve the view - there is plenty of shade. I will say the owner was extremely responsive, which I really appreciated. Couldn’t have asked for more there. All in all a great time!

Family Vacation

What a pleasant surprise to find a lovely lake-front house for our family vacation. All 22 of us had plenty of space to enjoy the week. We fished, kayaked, group tubing, and played card games throughout our stay. Boat and winery tours were also scheduled. Fun had by all !!

Multi family vacation

Property was great with an amazing view and sunsets were amazing. Justin was great with any communications. We had multi families with us and there was plenty of space to spread out. Kitchens were very well equipped. We would definitely stay again

However I want to say that there is no washer/dryer and there is no central air in the 2nd house. There is a window unit in the living room but the bedrooms get hot at night when the doors are shut. There were fans provided. There is no dresser or closet in one bedroom, that was inconvenient. The coffee maker needs to be upgraded, it was broken and very dirty. Also, there are a lot of bugs and spiders. I do not know if there is an exterminator service but would recommend one. Bring your bug spray along with citronella candles. My family is used to going to the NC coast for our family vacation but going to Cayuga Lake this year due to our father having health issues was a great choice! We enjoyed our stay and dealt with a few issues. We had an amazing week enjoying family!

Better than the pictures

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the house. The kitchen in the main house is the best we have had in a rental. Having multiple kitchens for such a large group was really helpful. The depth of the lake is perfect for small children. It is evident that there are regularly pets in both houses. If you have severe allergies it would be a problem. Some of the bedrooms had an odd smell. The wifi was terrible. It only worked for a few hours at a time at best. We had to reset it regularly and it did not always work. But you should be outside enjoying the lake anyway. Despite the pet hair and internet issues we had an absolutely lovely week on the lake and would recommend it for a big family stay.

The sunsets are fabulous. The fishing right off our dock is some of the best in the Finger Lakes. The lake is quite large so whether you are just kayaking, paddle boating, or taking the cruiser for a 30 mile ride down to Ithaca there is plenty to do an see on the lake.
