Waterfront - Amazing views - private access to Parkwood beach

I love history of the neighborhood and that fact that the majority of adult residents either lived or visited Parkwood as a child. All of the neighbors I've met have been extremely friendly and helpful. I often hear stories of fond memories they remember as a child, spending summers in Parkwood beach or going to events in the clubhouse. Parkwood is a truly unique community and I love that history and how many of the homes have stayed in one family over several generations. It feels like I've travelled back in time when I am there.

I am also impressed at the large number of residents who volunteer and are involved in the association. They are always inclusive and want everyone to join in on the fun. I don't know of any other neighborhood like this and i always have a warm feeling when I am there. Of course, the beautiful beach and views are quite nice too!
